Koby's top DraftKings and FanDuel MLB DFS picks for today, Saturday, 7/12/25. His favorite daily fantasy baseball lineup sleepers and value picks for DFS on DraftKings and FanDuel.
Welcome Back, RotoBallers! We are approaching All-Star weekend, which I believe is the best of any sport. The Home Run Derby is one of my favorite All-Star activities. But before that, we still have a couple of days left to get into, including a solid seven-game slate for us on this Saturday Evening.
The weather is looking solid for us on this slate. The only game to keep an eye on is the matchup between the Marlins and the Orioles, as we might see some rain in Camden Yards, but we shouldn't see a postponement here.
This article will provide my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 7/12/2025, with the slate starting at 4:05 PM EST. The lineup picks will showcase elite players, mid-priced options, and value plays. You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for other sports here. Monitoring injury news and today's MLB starting lineups is always essential.

DraftKings, FanDuel Pitchers - MLB DFS Lineup Picks
Garrett Crochet, SP - BOS ($10.9K DK/$10.7K FD)
Garrett Crochet is the only true ace on the slate for us today, so we have to include him here. Unfortunately, he doesn't have an elite matchup with the Rays being solid against lefties recently. But Crochet has shown to be matchup proof, and if it weren't for Tarik Skubal, then Crochet would likely be the AL Cy Young frontrunner.
Crochet this season is sporting an impressive 31.3% K% and a 13.4 SwStr%, and he hasn't had fewer than seven strikeouts in eight straight games. Boston as a team has been red-hot, which should give Crochet some much-needed run support that can get him deep and get him the win.
Brandon Woodruff, SP - MIL ($8.6K DK/$9.8K FD)
Brandon Woodruff got right back to where he started after a long layoff that had him down since 2023. He is now back at full strength and in his first start, made it look easy against the Marlins. He is now getting a Washington Nationals team that has been middle of the pack across the last few weeks.
Woodruff had some elite stuff in his season debut with eight strikeouts and only two hits with one earned run. The Nationals have a fairly low K%, but if Woodruff can keep up the 14.3% SwStr%, then he should be able to get the job done. I love the Brewers for their hitters as well in this spot, which should give Woodruff a shot at a Quality Start as well as the win.

He was able to go six innings on just 70 pitches, and he should be stretched out a bit more in this one.
Others To Consider (Cash/GPP):
- Brady Singer, SP - CIN ($7.8K DK/$8.3K FD)
- Frankie Montas, SP - NYM ($7.3K DK/$7.8K FD)

DraftKings, FanDuel Infielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks
Elly De La Cruz, SS - CIN ($5.7K DK/$4.0K FD)
Elly De La Cruz is going to be my big spend-up option on the day. He is getting a phenomenal matchup here against Bradley Blalock, who is one of the worst starting pitchers in the league. He has gotten crushed by lefties, giving up 17 of 23 earned runs to them in only five starts.
Blalock isn't getting much help with ballpark here in Cincinnati, and we all know how well this Reds team can hit, especially in a hitter-friendly park. Elly is sporting a .391 wOBA and .535 SLG against RHP this season. Elly has three straight games of 20+ fantasy points, and he should have no issue getting there again today.
Ceddanne Rafaela, 2B/SS(FD Only)/OF - BOS ($4.0K DK/$3.2K FD)
Rafaela might be one of the hottest players in the MLB right now. Rafaela has scored double-digit fantasy points in 10 of his last 12 games, including a massive walk-off in last night's win over the Rays. With 14 hits in his last eight games, Rafaela has been huge for the Red Sox's surge. Plus, his positional eligibility on FD is a big win, having that option to put him in multiple spots, especially for his price.

Andrew Vaughn, 1B - MIL ($2.2K DK/$2.6K FD)
Andrew Vaughn has made a name for himself in Milwaukee already. He has four hits, and two of those were homers in his first four games for the Brewers. The best thing about Vaughn in this spot is how cheap he is on both sites. I won't get into his splits as they truly aren't that great, and it is a small sample size this season. But he is playing well with the Brewers at the moment, and that's all I need to see.
Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):
- Ryan O'Hearn, 1B/OF - BAL ($4.0K DK/$3.0K FD)
- Jose Ramirez, 3B - CLE ($5.4K DK/$3.8K FD)
- Carlos Narvaez, C - BOS ($3.8K DK/$2.8K FD)
DraftKings, FanDuel Outfielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks
Jackson Chourio, OF - MIL ($4.6K DK/$3.5K FD)
My first stop in the outfield is with the Brewers and one of the best against LHP for them. Jackson Chourio has been great against lefties this season, sporting a .424 wOBA and a .606 SLG this season. He is going against Ogasawara in only his second start, and he was hit pretty hard as well. I'm expecting a big showing from Chourio here.

Wilyer Abreu, OF - BOS ($4.9K DK/$3.4K FD)
If you aren't going with the red-hot Ceddanne Rafaela, then I highly recommend going with Wilyer Abreu, who has seen 17 of his 18 homers come against RHP. Abreu has jumped all over the righties this season with a .358 wOBA and .522 SLG. The Red Sox are in a good spot right now, and the vibes are immaculate.
Baz has given up three or more runs in six of his last eight games, and although he started as a solid pitcher, he has seen himself get hurt a little bit recently. I don't see that letting up here against the Red Sox.
Juan Soto, OF - NYM ($5.9K DK/$3.8K FD)
Soto had a great resurgence last month, and he is going against a struggling Michael Lorenzon in this one. Lorenzon has been better against lefties than righties, but still has given up a .320 wOBA and .431 SLG to them this season.
Soto has hit 17 of his 21 homers against RHP this season, and although his average is lower, he has a .528 SLG to go with a .394 wOBA this season against RHP. Soto makes for an elite spend-up option on this slate in a good spot where it should be hot in Kansas City.
Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):
- Austin Hays, OF - CIN ($4.9K DK/$3.5K FD)
- Sal Frelick, OF - MIL ($4.1K DK/$3.1K FD)
- Shohei Ohtani, OF - LAD ($6.4K DK/$4.6K FD)
DraftKings, FanDuel MLB DFS Stacks
1. Milwaukee Brewers vs Shinnosuke Ogasawara
Ogasawara will be making his second start, and he is running into one of the worst teams to go against right now. The Brewers have been the best team in the MLB against LHP across the last three weeks. They have put up a wRC+ of 139 with a .367 wOBA and a .426 SLG.
Favorite Combo: Chourio, Vaughn, Collins, Frelick
2. Boston Red Sox vs Shane Baz
Shane Baz has been a solid pitcher this season. But the Red Sox are RED-HOT. They have won eight straight games and have been just crushing RHP with the second highest wRC+ of 132, a wOBA of .367, and a SLG of .498. This is probably one of the worst teams to go against right now, and I'll be stacking them as long as they are hot.
Favorite Combo: Abreu, Rafaela, Narvaez, Story
3. Cincinnati Reds vs Bradley Blalock
This is going to be for those of y'all in the cash games. It is pretty obvious how bad Blalock has been in multiple outings this season. In his last outing alone, he gave up 12 runs. The Reds have been rough in the last three weeks against RHP, but with someone as bad as Blalock on the mound, I have a feeling they find their footing here.
Favorite Combo: De La Cruz, Friedl, Marte, Hays
