UFL DFS Lineup Picks: DraftKings Daily Fantasy Advice for Week 7

UFL DFS PICKS, FANTASY FOOTBALL, DRAFTKINGS, FANDUEL

The top daily fantasy UFL lineup picks for DraftKings for Week 7 (2025). Kyle Ringstad provides UFL DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

Welcome to Week 7 of the UFL season, RotoBallers! Parity has crept into the UFL as of late, as we now have four teams (Michigan, Birmingham, D.C., and St. Louis) with identical 4-2 records at the top of the league. Houston and Arlington trail that group at 3-3, while Memphis and San Antonio are likely playing for next year already at a miserable 1-5 mark.

Week 7 features one game with a high implied total (42.5 points), with the Michigan-Arlington showdown on Saturday at noon. D.C. and San Antonio will kick things off on Friday night, while the Houston-Birmingham and St. Louis-Memphis affairs will round out the slate on Sunday.

Below are my thoughts on DraftKings' Week 7 DFS slate of UFL contests, which goes live on 5/9 at 8 ET. I encourage you to read all our other weekly UFL fantasy football articles and stay on top of injury news and roster moves to remain well-informed and ahead of the competition. Let's get to it. Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings Quarterbacks - Week 7 UFL DFS Picks

Jordan Ta'amu - D.C. Defenders @ San Antonio Brahmas - $10.5K

This game should be primed for D.C. to get an early lead and run the clock out, but that's not how this team operates. They don't have much of anything in the running game, but that's fine with Jordan Ta'amu as the offense's engine. The former NFL backup journeyman has found a home in the UFL, throwing for 245.3 yards per game with an excellent 11/4 TD/INT rate through six contests. He's also averaging 23.7 rushing yards per game while punching in two scores on the ground.

He holds the highest average on the slate at 22.2 DK PPG, which will undoubtedly play up against this porous San Antonio defense. The Brahamas have allowed the most passing yards, the second-most completions, the highest completion rate and QB efficiency rating, and the third-highest yards per reception in the UFL this season.

DraftKings Running Backs - Week 7 UFL DFS Picks

Toa Taua - Michigan Panthers @ Arlington Renegades - $7.8K

Taua's price has increased by $2,000 following his 15.4 DK point effort in Week 6, and he's now averaging 17 DK PPG over his last three games. I'm still interested, though, because he's averaging a healthy 5.0 yards per carry while punching in four scores this season. Arlington represents a challenging matchup, but Michigan is favored by three points in a game with the highest implied total on the slate. I love Taua as a core piece to build around in Week 7.

Wes Hills - Memphis Showboats vs. St. Louis Battlehawks - $6k

When looking for value at the RB position in the UFL, it helps to identify players who have recently become starters and haven't had their salaries adjusted yet. That was the case with Taua, and it looks like it will also be with Hills. Hills signed with Memphis last week and immediately stepped into the starting role, rushing 13 times for 37 yards while catching all three targets for 28 yards in a narrow loss to Houston. St. Louis ranks middle-of-the-pack in rush defense for the year, so he'll have opportunities to continue his success in Week 7.

DraftKings Wide Receivers and Tight Ends - Week 7 UFL DFS Picks

Deon Cain - Birmingham Stallions vs. Houston Roughnecks - $7.9K

It baffles me how Cain is as cheap as he is, but here we are. Cain is the top receiving option on one of the better offenses in the UFL, a team with the second-most passing touchdowns (9) in the UFL. He has had a few letdown games, but his 10.6 DK PPG average still ranks seventh among all WR/TE options on this slate. Houston has a solid defense, but they can be exploited through the air as they've permitted the third-most passing yards per game (183.8 yards) in the UFL this season.

Chris Rowland - D.C. Defenders @ San Antonio Brahmas - $8.7K

He's a tad expensive, but I'd recommend stacking Rowland with Ta'amu in the D.C. stack against the Brahmas this weekend. He has been on fire lately, posting 32.4 and 20.9 DK points over his last two games to bring his season-long average to a slate-high 16.02 DK PPG. As mentioned in the Ta'amu blurb, San Antonio rolls out one of the worst defenses in the league. Ta'amu and Rowland should be able to do whatever they want in this matchup.
