With some much on the line, making the right start/sit decisions will be more important than ever -- especially at the running back position.

Should I Start Tyrone Tracy Jr. for Fantasy Football?
Tyrone Tracy Jr. is an interesting start option this week as the Giants prepare to face the New Orleans Saints. In the last two weeks, we've seen Tracy's role decrease as he has seen just 18 total carries after 18 carries alone in Week 10.
Tracy still seems to be the RB1 in New York, but his expectations should be limited after looking like a top option before the bye week. With Drew Lock under center, the team might start to look to pass more, which could have a negative effect on Tracy.
Due to his matchup this week and recent decrease in carries, Tracy can be viewed as a low-end RB2 this week and can be started as a flex option.

Should I Start Rico Dowdle for Fantasy Football?
Rico Dowdle has become the workhorse option for the Cowboys after the team ran a running back committee during the first half of the year. Dowdle has led the team in rushes now for five straight weeks and has run for 198 total yards in the last two weeks.
This week, Dowdle will face off against the Cincinnati Bengals, who have struggled to stop the run this year. Fantasy managers can view Dowdle as an RB2 option this week and he can have a great week if he's able to once again find the end zone.

Should I Start Bucky Irving for Fantasy Football?
Bucky Irving should be inserted in all fantasy lineups for Week 14 against the Las Vegas Raiders. Irving finished as the RB1 last week and continues to see his workload increase.
Irving provides both rushing and receiving upside. The rookie has also seen the end zone in each of the last three weeks. This week, the matchup is a juicy one, as the Raiders rank 15th against fantasy running backs this season.
Irving can be viewed as a high-end RB2 and should be started in all leagues.
