Drake London fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 1 (2024). Should you start or sit Drake London for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start In All Formats
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2
ANALYSIS: There's a lot of hype surrounding Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Drake London entering the fantasy season, thanks to the arrival of quarterback Kirk Cousins. That has pushed London atop fantasy drafts this summer. While managers should no doubt be starting him in all formats in Week 1 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the young wideout could struggle to put up strong fantasy numbers this upcoming week.

That's because Steelers cornerback Joey Porter Jr. should be shadowing London in this game. Last season, Porter ranked first in man success rate (81.1%), fifth in catch rate allowed (47.7%), and seventh in target separation (1.2). As for the Falcons wideout, he struggled in all those areas last year, as he ranked 80th in target separation (1.3) and 87th in win rate versus man (29.8%).

Still, fantasy managers should be starting London in all formats in Week 1. Cousins has been known to target his top wideout early and often in games, and that should give the 23-year-old a high fantasy floor every week.
