Should I Start Jared Goff for Fantasy Football?
After a subpar fantasy performance in Week 1, Goff put together one of the best fantasy days of his career last week against the Bears. He threw for 334 yards and five touchdowns en route to a 33.9 fantasy point day. Unsurprisingly, the Lions signal-caller finished as the overall QB1 in fantasy. He'll look to continue that strong play on Monday night against the Ravens.
.@Lions QB Jared Goff has won the NFC Offensive Player of the Week Award.

2t. 4, WR @calvinjohnsonjr (2007-15)

While the Ravens have been known for having a great defense, their secondary has allowed some big fantasy games to opposing quarterbacks since the beginning of last year. In Week 1, Josh Allen threw for 394 yards and two touchdowns. As a result, Goff is worth starting in most one-quarterback leagues and all Superflex formats this week.
The Lions versus Ravens game has the highest over/under of the week (53.5), indicating that a lot of points are expected to be scored in this Monday night clash. Starting players who could potentially be in a shootout is a great recipe for fantasy success. So, Goff will come in as a low-end QB1 in Week 3.
Should I Start Jake Browning for Fantasy Football?
With Joe Burrow (toe) out for the season, Browning will take over as the Bengals starting quarterback. In relief of Burrow last week, the 29-year-old threw for 241 yards and two touchdowns while also running for a touchdown. Although he did throw three interceptions in the contest, he did finish with a solid 20.7 fantasy points against the Jaguars.
Browning is not going to be anything like Burrow in fantasy moving forward. However, the Bengals quarterback will have his fair share of great fantasy games over the course of the season. When Browning took over for Burrow in 2023, he was a reliable fantasy quarterback option. He averaged 20.1 fantasy points in his seven starts that season.
"I don't think the season's over [for the Bengals]. I think Jake Browning is better than maybe a third of the starting quarterbacks in the NFL." 👀

However, he will be more of a QB2 play this week against the Vikings. Minnesota has allowed just 345 pass yards and one pass touchdown through the first two weeks. Browning comes in as the QB20 at RotoBaller for this week.
Should I Start Daniel Jones for Fantasy Football?
What a start to the season it has been for Jones. He is averaging 26.2 fantasy points through the first two weeks and has totaled three rushing touchdowns already. Last week, the Colts quarterback threw for 316 yards and one touchdown while also running for a touchdown. Those solid numbers helped him finish with 22.8 fantasy points on the day.
Therefore, it is hard to sit him in most formats this week. He has finished as a top-7 fantasy QB in both weeks, and his rushing upside gives him a higher ceiling and floor than the two other quarterbacks featured in this article. After the Titans just allowed Matthew Stafford to throw for 298 yards and two touchdowns last week, Jones will come in as a low-end QB1 in Week 3.

He is ranked higher than both Goff and Browning on this week's rankings at RotoBaller. Jones comes in as the overall QB11, which is also higher than Bo Nix, Caleb Williams, and Jordan Love.
