As we inch closer toward the 2026 NFL season, it's time to check in on the latest Superflex rookie rankings for dynasty fantasy football leagues. Superflex has become the most popular dynasty format, and this year's quarterback group features several later-round players who could see action right away. We're back to help you sort through the top 90 players.

2026 Fantasy Football Rookie Superflex Outlooks

KC Concepcion, Cleveland Browns

Cleveland Browns wide receiver KC Concepcion is a versatile playmaker who has a chance to immediately command a team-leading target share in a Todd Monken offense that saw Zay Flowers finish as the fantasy WR7 in 2025. Concepcion played 69% of his collegiate snaps from the slot, but his lone season at Texas A&M showcased his ability to move across the formation, and in handling more than 65% of his snaps on the outside, he turned in his most productive season.

Earning first-round capital, he is the most notable addition to a Browns offense that was led by rookie tight end Harold Fannin Jr. in almost all receiving categories in 2025. While the starting quarterback job in Cleveland is still being sorted, low expectations for the offense as a whole are the biggest, but most temporary knock on Concepcion's profile, and with the ability to become an early go-to for either Deshaun Watson or Shedeur Sanders, he could provide an instantly usable weekly floor even in a bottom-half offense. Concepcion is RotoBaller's rookie WR4 and dynasty WR32.

Drew Allar, Pittsburgh Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers selected former five-star quarterback prospect Drew Allar in the third round of the 2026 NFL Draft, and with the team agreeing shortly thereafter on a one-year deal to bring back the 42-year-old Aaron Rodgers for his 21st and final season, the Penn State prospect will have the opportunity to learn behind the scenes while competing for primary backup responsibilities.

Allar has prototypical NFL size, but head coach Mike McCarthy and the Steelers are reportedly undertaking a comprehensive mechanical rewiring to remove some of the bad habits he picked up along the way that caused him to drop from the number one recruit out of high school to the fourth quarterback selected in a weak draft class. His raw tools alone are enough to get excited about in the second round of superflex rookie drafts, but with the Day 2 investment and only Mason Rudolph and 2025 sixth-round pick Will Howard standing in the way of a potential starting job when Rodgers does eventually retire, Allar becomes a high-upside stash, who should see his value rise in the coming years.

Zachariah Branch, Atlanta Falcons

Atlanta Falcons rookie wide receiver Zachariah Branch, who was the 79th overall pick in the third round of this year's draft out of the University of Georgia, has been quickly learning the team's offense and building chemistry with his teammates in OTAs this offseason, according to Will McFadden of AtlantaFalcons.com. The 22-year-old proved to be one of college's most explosive playmakers in 2025 with the Bulldogs, leading the SEC with 81 catches and gaining 811 receiving yards and six touchdowns in 14 games played.

He has drawn the attention of new quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who played with two elite speed receivers in Miami in Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. "I mean, dude's fast," Tagovailoa said. "Dude can play very shifty. Kind of reminds me of Waddle." Branch caught 159 passes for 1,634 yards and nine touchdowns in his three collegiate seasons (two at USC), and he did most of his damage after he already secured the football.

He was targeted 96 times and caught 92 passes behind the line of scrimmage in college. Speed is not in question with Branch, but his durability at 5-foot-9, 177 pounds, and his role in his rookie season are up for debate. Expect him to compete with Olamide Zaccheaus and Jahan Dotson for the WR2 role in Atlanta in 2026 behind WR1 Drake London.

Jonah Coleman, Denver Broncos

Early on in the pre-draft process, Denver Broncos running back Jonah Coleman was in conversation to become the second running back selected in the 2026 NFL Draft. In falling to Denver in the fourth round, he ultimately became the fourth back off the board, and while the draft capital may be difficult to get overly excited about, the landing spot could prove to be an ideal fit for his well-rounded skill set. Coleman is a proven pass-catcher in a Sean Payton offense that is at its best when involving its backs as receivers.

The Broncos spent a 2025 second-round pick on RJ Harvey, but his efficiency metrics were underwhelming across the board as a rookie, while Coleman forced missed tackles at the highest rate of all backs in the incoming rookie class. Veteran J.K. Dobbins could hold onto lead-back duties to enter the year, as he did until a Lisfranc tear ended his 2025 season, but no stranger to injuries, he has now missed 53 of a potential 85 games over the past five seasons.

While a slow start to his rookie season would not be unexpected, Coleman could eventually take over as the most fantasy-relevant running back in Denver, and at RotoBaller's rookie RB3, he is one of the higher upside picks in the second round of dynasty rookie drafts.

Seth McGowan, Indianapolis Colts

Indianapolis Colts rookie running back Seth McGowan is "right in the thick" of his team's RB2 battle after a productive showing at OTAs, per Andrew Moore of Sports Illustrated. A seventh-round pick out of the University of Kentucky, McGowan recorded 851 yards from scrimmage and 12 touchdowns on 184 touches across 12 games in his final collegiate season. Superstar running back Jonathan Taylor is locked in atop the Colts depth chart at the position and should dominate backfield touches when healthy in 2026.

However, the team is currently without an obvious favorite to win the backup role behind Taylor. McGowan's primary competition currently appears to be 2025 fifth-rounder DJ Giddens, who recorded just 26 carries for 96 yards across nine games as a rookie. If McGowan can establish himself as the RB2 in Indianapolis, he would immediately carry handcuff appeal for fantasy managers looking for an insurance policy on Taylor.
