The Toronto Raptors extended general manager Bobby Webster and added executive vice president duties to his title, Reuters reports. Toronto also extended front-office executives Dan Tolzman, Keith Boyarsky, and Tyla Flexman, keeping its personnel group intact after a 46-36 season and seven-game first-round loss to Cleveland. Webster has been with the organization since 2013, and the Raptors are 591-455 with nine playoff berths during his tenure. For fantasy, the continuity matters because the same front office is now shaping the next phase around Scottie Barnes, Brandon Ingram, and Immanuel Quickley. Toronto ranked third in assists but only 21st in scoring, so Webster's offseason priority should be adding shooting and cleaner usage lanes around the team's top creators.--Brian Dailisan
