Nico Collins fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 1 (2024). Should you start or sit Nico Collins for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in All Formats
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2
ANALYSIS: Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins broke out in his third NFL season, catching 80 passes for 1,297 yards and eight touchdowns. Those strong numbers helped Collins finish as the WR9 in half-PPR formats. However, some fantasy managers are hesitant to draft the young wideout in fantasy this year.
The biggest reason for that is due to Houston's crowded wide receiver room following the arrival of Stefon Diggs. Nonetheless, Collins should still find himself as a weekly WR2 in fantasy. He is attached to quarterback C.J. Stroud, and the two formed a strong connection in their first year together.

As a result, fantasy managers should be starting the Texans wideout in Week 1 against the Indianapolis Colts in all formats. The Colts also struggled to contain the 25-year-old last year, as Collins totaled 16 catches for 341 yards and two touchdowns in two games versus them. Given where you selected the 25-year-old in fantasy drafts, you should be starting him no matter what.
