NFL DFS: FanDuel Daily Fantasy Football Picks - Today's Top Lineups (Super Wild Card Weekend)

Patrick Mahomes - Fantasy Football Rankings, DFS Lineup Picks, NFL Injury News

Today's top FanDuel daily fantasy football lineup picks for Super Wild Card Weekend (2024). Dennis' NFL DFS sleeper picks for building winning NFL DFS lineups on FanDuel.

The regular season just ended. Yet, several moves already made by non-playoff franchises will significantly impact the landscape of the National Football League. For instance, Bill Belichick and Robert Kraft agreed to go their separate ways, with the head coach ending his tenure in New England with a 296-133 overall record and six Super Bowl rings to show for it. Additionally, Pete Carroll was relieved of his duties as the head coach of the Seahawks after 14 years of service. Carroll could stay with the club as an advisor.

However, it's safe to say both Belichick and Carroll will draw plenty of interest from teams in need of a head coach, specifically Tennessee, Washington, and Atlanta, to name a few. Either way, these changes will impact the fantasy outlooks of many players, although it's tough to predict how things will look until the vacancies are filled. At any rate, it's Super Wild Card Weekend, with the league showcasing six games over three days beginning on Saturday. Although the time between contests can make roster construction challenging, many DFS participants already have a good idea of who's playing (and who isn't).

In this article, I will be providing you with my Super Wild Card Weekend daily fantasy football lineup picks for FanDuel. These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. Be sure to also check out our weekly DraftKings DFS lineup picks and lots of other great NFL DFS articles and NFL DFS tools to help you win big!

Super Wild Card Weekend FanDuel Quarterbacks - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Dak Prescott vs. GB ($8,600)

Prescott has a rostering cost of $8,600 heading into Sunday's matchup with Green Bay. From a fantasy standpoint, the Packers have held their own against opposing quarterbacks this season. But Prescott arguably had the best year of his career, tossing 36 touchdowns, nine interceptions, and 4,516 yards while completing a career-high 69.5% of his attempts.

Had this game been at Lambeau, Green Bay may have had a chance at a win. Unfortunately for the Packers, they will hit the road for this one versus a Cowboys squad that finished the season with an 8-0 record at home, with Prescott throwing 22 of his 36 touchdowns at Jerry World this season.

Patrick Mahomes vs. MIA ($8,000)

Mahomes and company didn't have the easiest time making the playoffs. Kansas City began the season by dropping the Week 1 opener against the Lions. After the Chiefs won their next six games, they finished the year with an 11-6 record. It's no secret that Mahomes can take a lot of the blame for the Chiefs' struggles this season. He finished with 27 touchdowns, his lowest since 2019. Even worse, the multi-time MVP amassed a career-high 14 interceptions. Still, there's reason to remain optimistic for a turnaround heading into Saturday's showdown with the Dolphins.

Miami has been plagued by more than a few injuries, with Raheem Mostert and Jaylen Waddle carrying questionable designations after missing their last two games. Things aren't better on the defensive side of the ball, either, as the team won't have Xavien Howard and his team-leading 12 passes defensed.

At the same time, sack-leader Bradley Chubb and Jerome Baker both landed on the injured reserve list during the week. With these guys out of the lineup, Miami could have a tough time slowing down Mahomes and the offense, and it will be even more challenging if DeShon Elliott and Jevon Holland are also on the shelf.

Also Consider: Jared Goff ($7,700), Matthew Stafford ($7,400)

Super Wild Card Weekend FanDuel Running Backs - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Kyren Williams at DET ($9,000)

Matthew Stafford will head back to Detroit for a postseason matchup with the Lions, the team that drafted him No.1 overall in 2009. While that makes a great storyline, what matters most is that Vegas has this one as the highest-scoring game on Super Wild Card Weekend, so several winning lineups should have more than a few players from this contest. Williams comes to mind as one of the players who could have a big day, especially since he's played such a pivotal role in the Rams offense throughout the 2023-24 campaign.

Sure, he has a $9,000 rostering cost, the highest at the position. But we are also talking about a guy who had three touchdowns in Week 18 against the Giants. He's also had at least 18.7 fantasy points in four of his six games since returning from the injured reserved list and has logged 16 carries or more in each game during that span. DFS managers will need to make some sacrifices to get Williams to fit into their lineups, but it's well worth it.

De'Von Achane at KC ($7,400)

Raheem Mostert has battled several injuries and misses time over the last few weeks. Without him, Achane got more than his share of touches out of the backfield. The rookie needed only 14 carries to surpass the 100-yard mark in the Week 17 blowout loss to the Baltimore Ravens. He also caught four of five targets, with one of those catches resulting in a trip to the end zone.

Although Achane wasn't as impactful in the AFC East clash with the Bills last Sunday, he at least scored for the second straight week. That said, head coach Mike McDaniel feels Mostert has a good chance to suit up for the Super Wild Card Weekend encounter with the Chiefs. However, it would be surprising if he saw his usual workload, meaning Achane could remain the featured backfield option on Saturday.

Also Consider: Isiah Pacheco ($8,000), Tony Pollard ($7,800), Rachaad White ($7,700), Devin Singletary ($6,300)

Super Wild Card Weekend FanDuel Wide Receivers - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

CeeDee Lamb vs. GB ($10,000)

Lamb comes into Super Wild Card Weekend with a whopping $10,000 rostering cost. However, he's worth every penny. The wideout has recorded double-digit targets in each of his previous six appearances. More impressive, he's scored at least once in 10 of his last 11 games.

Dak Prescott will keep Lamb on his radar during the contest, and the Packers will have a difficult time keeping him in check. But Green Bay could at least keep the game close enough for Prescott to throw throughout the entire contest, meaning Lamb has a chance to eat for 60 minutes.

Rashee Rice vs. MIA ($7,800)

Rice has had a stellar rookie year. Granted, Puka Nacua and Jordan Addison may have been more productive. Still, he finished his inaugural year with 79 receptions for 938 yards and seven touchdowns.

There's no question that Rice is Patrick Mahomes' favorite target not named Travis Kelce, so he should get plenty of attention against a Dolphins defense plagued with more than a few significant injuries.

Also Consider: Amon-Ra St. Brown ($9,000), Puka Nacua ($8,000), Cooper Kupp ($7,500), Brandin Cooks ($6,500), Demarcus Robinson ($6,300)

Super Wild Card Weekend FanDuel Tight Ends - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Travis Kelce vs. MIA ($7,200)

Kelce had a miserable regular season. The 34-year-old failed to hit the 1,000-yard mark for the first time since 2015. To make matters worse, he had only five touchdowns, seven fewer than last season, and his 10.6 YPC is the lowest of his career. However, it's the playoffs, and the Chiefs are still a team that could easily find themselves in the Super Bowl, although Kelce will need to get his act together for it to happen.

But the multi-time All-Pro has been a nightmare for opposing defenses throughout the postseason over the years, totaling 133 grabs for 1,548 yards in 18 playoff appearances. He's also scored a touchdown at least once in each of his last six playoff games and nine of his previous 10 postseason appearances. There aren't many players who have that kind of resume. Get him in the lineup.

Also Consider: David Njoku ($7,000), Jake Ferguson ($6,200)
