Wide Receiver Waiver Wire Pickups - Top Fantasy Football WR Adds for Week 10 include Tank Dell, Demario Douglas, Noah Brown

Quentin Johnston - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Justin Carter's fantasy football WR waiver wire pickups for Week 10 of the 2023 NFL season. His free agent wide receivers to add, stream and stash off waivers.

With last week in the rearview, it's time to look ahead to Week 10 with our wide receiver fantasy football waiver wire pickups. There are some good upside wide receivers out there on the waiver wire, so this is a good chance for you to bolster your fantasy lineup.

Below, you'll find some wide receivers that you should be targeting on the fantasy football waiver wire ahead of Week 10. Not all of these waiver wire options are the same. Some players may be better in PPR or deeper leagues, so it’s not a one-size-fits-all comparison. Use your best judgment when deciding which of these players is the right fit for your roster.

Be sure to also check out our Waiver Wire Adds for Week 10 for help at all the skill positions. All players on this list are around 50% rostered or below.

Wide Receiver Waiver Wire Pickups For Week 10

Tank Dell, Houston Texans - 48% rostered

Rookie Tank Dell came up clutch on Sunday in Houston's comeback win over the Buccaneers, catching six passes for 114 yards and two touchdowns. He was targeted 11 times in the 39-37 victory, including making some huge plays on the team's final drive. The rookie showed why he's one of the league's most electrifying players and why the Texans need to work as hard as they can to get him the football. He had six more targets than Nico Collins, which is something worth monitoring going forward.

Quentin Johnston, Los Angeles Chargers - 31% rostered

With Joshua Palmer on IR, Quentin Johnston should see an uptick in snaps. I'll come back to this with some actual analysis after Monday night's game once we see how this offense looks with Johnston in a larger role.

Update: Tough performance for Johnston this week, as he caught two of his three targets for just 14 yards. I'm going to blame this on the Jets defense though, as he was still third on the team in targets and QB Justin Herbert had just 136 passing yards.

Demario Douglas, New England Patriots - 35% rostered

Demario Douglas has really come on strong over the past three games, with 20 targets over that span. Seven of those came on Sunday, as he hauled in five of those targets for 55 yards. He's had 50-plus yards in two of the last three games. The rookie's growing role makes him worth adding in most leagues with a pretty easy upcoming schedule for the Patriots offense.

Darnell Mooney, Chicago Bears - 14% rostered

While D.J. Moore continues to struggle with Tyson Bagent under center, Darnell Mooney just had his best game of the season, catching five passes for 82 yards. He's averaging five targets per game in Bagent's starts. If Justin Fields misses more games, Mooney has some deep-league appeal, but once Fields is back, those targets will go Moore's way more often.

Wan'Dale Robinson, New York Giants - 20% rostered

I mean...I don't know. This offense is a mess. Daniel Jones is likely done for the year. Tommy Devito doesn't look good, even though he threw a touchdown to Wan'Dale Robinson on Sunday. The Giants might add a free agent at QB at this point though, and well...if they can get a serviceable player there, having the team's No. 1 option on your fantasy roster is probably worth something.

Wide Receiver Deeper League Pickups For Week 10

JuJu Smith-Schuster, New England Patriots - 19% rostered

With DeVante Parker out, JuJu Smith-Schuster was targeted seven times, catching six passes for 51 yards. He tied Demario Douglas in targets. The problem: Douglas had seen his role trending up even before Kendrick Bourne tore his ACL. It took that plus Parker being sidelined for Smith-Schuster to get on the field. He has an upside with Bourne out, but I'd like to see what his role is once Parker is back.

Noah Brown, Houston Texans - 2% rostered

Noah Brown caught all six of his targets this week for 153 yards and a touchdown. After his three-catch, 57-yard performance last week, there...might be something here. I'm not super confident in that and it took C.J. Stroud having the best rookie QB performance ever for Brown to get this kind of day, but he's worth a look in deep leagues based on his recent workload.

Jamison Crowder, Washington Commanders - 1% rostered

With Curtis Samuel sidelined by a toe injury, veteran receiver Jamison Crowder saw six targets, bringing in four of them for 23 yards. I don't see any value here if Samuel is back next week, but there's some deep-league PPR appeal for the sure-handed Crowder if Samuel misses any more action.

Jalen Tolbert, Dallas Cowboys - 0% rostered

CeeDee Lamb continues to be the top receiver for Dallas, as he was targeted 16 times this week, catching 11 passes for 191 yards. Behind him, though, is a mess. Michael Gallup had two catches for 19 yards. Brandin Cooks had one for seven.

Jalen Tolbert? He had as many targets (five) as Gallup and Cooks combined, catching three of them for 49 yards and a score. These were his first receptions since Week 4, but I don't know...I think there could be something here. I wouldn't start him in any leagues next week, but he might be worth a speculative add.

Isaiah McKenzie, Indianapolis Colts - 0% rostered

If Josh Downs, who left Sunday's game with a knee injury, is good to go moving forward, then you can ignore this suggestion. However, if Downs misses time, McKenzie could have some appeal, especially with Alec Pierce really struggling this week. Not that McKenzie was much better, as he caught two passes for 12 yards.

Kyle Philips, Tennessee Titans - 0% rostered

I'm someone who's been waiting for Kyle Philips to break out for a while, but it just never happened. He set a new season-high in receiving yards on Thursday though, catching four passes for 68 yards. Could he have an expanded role now that Will Levis is at quarterback? He's worth a speculative add in deep leagues just in case.
