Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football waiver wire outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider adding off waivers in Week 7:
Tyler Higbee, Los Angeles Rams
Los Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee has caught 24 of his 29 targets through six weeks in 2026 for 246 yards and one touchdown, averaging 10.3 yards per catch. Higbee had his best game of the early season in last week's overtime loss to the Buffalo Bills, when he caught five of his six targets for 83 yards.
He was not as productive in Sunday's surprising loss to the division-rival Arizona Cardinals in Week 6, though, catching all four of his targets for 22 yards. The basis for the 33-year-old veteran still being an option off the fantasy football waiver wire going into a Week 7 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders on the road is that fellow TE Terrance Ferguson (ankle) will not be eligible to return from Injured Reserve until Week 8 versus the Los Angeles Chargers.
Higbee will have at least one more week to serve as L.A.'s top pass-catching tight end against the Raiders, putting him in play as a TE streamer with bye weeks in full swing. From Weeks 3 through 5, Higbee had at least 62 receiving yards and five receptions. Higbee is rostered in 35% of Yahoo leagues.
Bam Knight, Arizona Cardinals
Arizona Cardinals running back Bam Knight saw his first significant work of the season in Week 6 against the Rams. With Jeremiyah Love (ankle) out of the lineup, Knight had 15 rushing attempts for 80 yards, significantly outgaining starter Tyler Allgeier, who averaged 2.1 YPC in the contest.
Knight's utilization was nearly even with Allgeier, and the former's effectiveness in his role invites reasonable speculation that another timeshare will be in the works for Week 7.
On Sunday, Arizona will face the Denver Broncos, who are allowing the third-most rushing yards to opposing running backs in 2026. Working in a split backfield will cap Knight's potential, even in an inviting matchup. However, he could still be of use as a desperation streamer with four teams on bye in Week 7. Knight projects as an RB4 this weekend.
Tyler Allgeier, Arizona Cardinals
Arizona Cardinals running back Tyler Allgeier should see another game as the team's starting running back in Week 7. Jeremiah Love (ankle) has been ruled out for the second consecutive game. In Week 6, Allgeier saw a season-high 18 carries but gained only 38 rushing yards and was handily outgained by backup Bam Knight, who took 15 handoffs for 80 yards.
While Allgeier had the honor of starting in Love's absence, he ceded a near-even split in snaps and opportunities to Knight. The difference in outcomes invites another timeshare for Sunday, when Arizona faces the Denver Broncos, who are allowing the third-most rushing yards to running backs in 2026. Despite the easier matchup, the likelihood of split duties caps Allgeier's prospects in Week 7.
He can be included in fantasy lineups, but expectations should not exceed his streamer RB3 projection.
Jonah Coleman, Denver Broncos
Denver Broncos rookie running back Jonah Coleman (ankle) practiced in full all week but remains questionable to come off Injured Reserve to play in the Week 7 contest on Sunday on the road against the Arizona Cardinals, according to Zac Stevens of DNVR Sports. Coleman was Denver's lead back in their Week 2 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars with J.K. Dobbins and RJ Harvey both banged up, but he came out of that contest with an ankle injury that sent him to IR.
The 23-year-old now looks to be ready to return this weekend, but fantasy managers need to keep the talented fourth-rounder from Washington on their bench. The Broncos are expected to keep Coleman on a limited snap count in his first game back if he is officially activated from IR by Saturday's deadline.
Coleman has three-down upside, but unfortunately, he will remain in a three-back timeshare in Denver as long as both Dobbins and Harvey are healthy. Coleman did not touch the football in the Week 1 loss to the division-rival Kansas City Chiefs, but he had 10 carries for 39 yards and his first touchdown and three catches for 19 yards against the Jags. He is one of the best young RBs to stash in fantasy football.
Ted Hurst III, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Ted Hurst III could see a larger role in the offense this weekend. Top wideout Emeka Egbuka (foot, concussion) has been ruled out ahead of the Week 7 matchup against the Carolina Panthers.
His absence should mean that Hurst moves into the No. 2 role in this offense. This past weekend, Hurst hauled in three of his six targets for 40 yards in the loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. The rookie wideout should also see a boost in value with quarterback Baker Mayfield (thumb) making his return to the field.
Fantasy managers shouldn't expect too much, but Hurst could be a flex play in deep leagues this weekend and a worthy streaming option.
