Best Week 11 Defense Streamers - Fantasy Football DST Pickups and Starts

Falcons Defense - Fantasy Football D/ST Streamers, Jessie Bates IDP Rankings, Team Defense Pickups

The top Week 11 defense streamers - fantasy football D/ST pickups, streamers and starts for 2025. Target these fantasy DST streaming options with strong matchups.

Streaming the right defenses each week could be the difference between a win and a loss. Sometimes, there might not be the best waiver wire D/ST options to pick up, but there are always some defenses that fantasy managers could rely on.

In this article, we will look at four defenses that fantasy managers could stream in Week 11. These defenses are all rostered in under 65% of ESPN leagues.

So, who should fantasy managers target on the waiver wire and plug into their starting lineup? Let's dive in and find out!

Top Week 11 Defense Streamers (D/ST)

Only defenses rostered in fewer than 65% of fantasy football leagues are considered potential streamers.

Atlanta Falcons vs. CAR
40% Rostered

The Falcons' D/ST is one of the best streaming options at the position this week. This unit will face a Panthers offense that has scored under 17 points in four straight games and has been pressuring the quarterback at a higher rate over the past few weeks. Atlanta has totaled 13 sacks across the past two contests.

Therefore, fantasy managers can trust this Falcons defense in most formats this week. Bryce Young has thrown for under 140 yards in three consecutive games, and this Atlanta secondary ranks second in pass yards allowed per game this season. With the Falcons also ranking sixth in pass rush win rate, they could be in for a strong defensive performance in Week 11.

This D/ST will come in as a top-7 play this week.

Dallas Cowboys at LV
36% Rostered

Starting this Cowboys defense against the Las Vegas Raiders this week might be a bit risky. Dallas ranks 31st in points allowed per game (30.8) and hasn't been able to stop any offenses through the first 10 weeks. However, reinforcements are coming this defense's way.

The Cowboys added Quinnen Williams and Logan Wilson at the deadline, and both DeMarvion Overshown and Shavon Revel Jr. are on track to make their season debuts in Week 11. These key additions could play a major factor in this game, considering the Raiders already rank 31st in points scored per game (15.4) and 20th in pass block win rate (60%).

So, fantasy managers can roll with this defense in some formats. This D/ST will come in as a top-10 play for Week 11.

Chicago Bears at MIN
20% Rostered

The Chicago Bears are a sneaky defensive option to stream in Week 11. This unit has tallied multiple sacks in five straight games, and no defense has forced more turnovers than this Chicago defense this year. As a result, the Bears are one of the best streaming options at the position this weekend.

This is also a favorable matchup for the Bears' D/ST. The Vikings offense has had some growing pains with J.J. McCarthy under center, and the Minnesota offensive line ranks 31st in sacks allowed per game (3.8) through 10 weeks. Given that McCarthy has been sacked 15 times in his four starts this year, Chicago could generate some sacks in this contest.

That makes the Bears' D/ST a top-7 play in Week 11.

Miami Dolphins vs. WSH
5% Rostered

The Dolphins' D/ST should only be an option in deeper leagues or if the other three D/ST are unavailable in your leagues. Miami isn't as strong a option as the Falcons, Cowboys, or Bears above. However, this defense could have some appeal in 16-plus team leagues.

Miami has been playing better defensively in recent weeks, holding both the Atlanta Falcons and Buffalo Bills to under 14 points in two of the past three weeks. Now, this group will face a Commanders offense that will be without Jayden Daniels (elbow) and Terry McLaurin (quad). So, the Dolphins' D/ST could be worth a look in some leagues.

Marcus Mariota has been sacked multiple times in each of his last three starts, and the Dolphins just sacked Josh Allen three times last week. That's enough to roll with them as a streaming option as a last resort.
