The NFL trade deadline has come and gone, and we saw Jakobi Meyers traded to the Jaguars and Rashid Shaheed shipped to the Seahawks on Tuesday. At RotoBaller HQ, we are back with more waiver wire advice post-NFL trade deadline with our updated waiver wire rankings for fantasy football Week 10 of the 2025 season to help fantasy managers find those bye week replacements.

The Chiefs, Bengals, Cowboys, and Titans are on the bye in Week 10. Fantasy managers will be without some of their top starters. Is Emari Demercado the Cardinals' primary running back after getting the start on Monday against the Cowboys? Is Tre Tucker the new Raiders WR1 now that the Raiders dealt Meyers to Jacksonville? Is Jayden Reed worth stashing as the Packers could open his 21-day practice window soon?

Who To Pick Up for Fantasy Football Week 10?

Some of the top names include Emari Demercado, DeMario Douglas, Alec Pierce, Tre Tucker, and Bhayshul Tuten. We recap why these players should be on your waiver wire radar for Week 10.

Emari Demercado, RB, Cardinals

Arizona Cardinals running back Emari Demercado led his team in both carries (14) and rushing yards (79) in their 27-17 win over the Dallas Cowboys. Monday was Demercado's highest-usage game of the season by far, as he had not recorded more than four touches in any game leading into the week. Cardinals running back Trey Benson (knee) is eligible to return from Injured Reserve for the team's Week 10 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.

Still, there's no guarantee that Benson will be ready, or that he'll be able to handle a full workload even if he's active for the game. If Benson is compromised or remains out, Demercado could be the team's lead back for a second straight week. Seattle is a very tough matchup for running backs, but Demercado is still deserving of a waiver-wire look from fantasy managers.

Tre Tucker, WR, Raiders

Las Vegas wide receiver Tre Tucker is now the de facto #1 wideout for a Raiders team that dealt Jakobi Meyers to the Jaguars on Tuesday. While tight end Brock Bowers will be the clear focal point of this offense as long as he's healthy, Tucker is the most likely candidate to benefit from Meyer's vacated 6.9 targets per game. Newly acquired veteran Tyler Lockett also has familiarity with head coach Pete Carroll and was on the field for nearly a third of the team's offensive snaps in his first game as a Raider.

Meanwhile, rookie wide receivers Jack Bech and Dont'e Thornton have both struggled to hold onto any meaningful role. Thornton was a healthy inactive for Sunday's loss to the Jaguars, while Bech was relegated entirely to special teams. Even with Bowers back and healthy, this Raiders offense, led by Geno Smith, may prove difficult to trust down the stretch. However, Tucker represents the most appealing secondary option and should be added wherever he's still available.

DeMario Douglas, WR, Patriots

New England Patriots wide receiver DeMario Douglas had his best game of 2025 in Sunday's win against the Falcons, posting a season-high four catches for his first 100-yard performance in his three years with the Patriots. Douglas stepped up in place of Kayshon Boutte (hamstring), who exited early with an injury, and he could stay in an expanded role if Boutte is out for Week 10 against the Bucs.

Douglas usually works out of the slot, but if Mack Hollins replaces Boutte on the perimeter, more of Drake Maye's attention could go to Douglas. He remains a boom-or-bust play, but he's worth a look on the waiver wire in deep leagues since the Patriots' offense has been so productive in the last few weeks as Maye continues to grow and excel.

Bhaysul Tuten, RB, Jaguars

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Bhayshul Tuten matched his season-high with 10 offensive touches on Sunday, taking nine carries for 29 yards and his third NFL touchdown while also adding a catch on his only target for a loss of three yards. While he was involved, Tuten still played solidly behind Travis Etienne Jr., who had a season-high 27 touches.

Tuten actually played fewer snaps than fellow rookie LeQuint Allen as well, but Allen only had two touches. The fourth-round rookie is primarily an early-down, change-of-pace option right now for the Jaguars, but he has shown enough upside to deserve a look on waiver wires if you need running back depth. He has touchdown-dependent upside going forward, even though he and the Jags have a tough matchup against the strong Texans' defense in Week 10.

Alec Pierce, WR, Colts

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce recorded six catches for 115 yards on a career-high 13 targets in his team's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Pierce has now earned double-digit targets in two out of his last three games and has reached at least 67 receiving yards in five out of the seven games he's been healthy for this season.

The 25-year-old has established himself as one of the NFL's premier downfield weapons, as he's currently leading the league in yards per reception (20.9) for the second straight season. Additionally, Pierce's recent bump in target volume could be a sign that the Colts are trusting him to be a more well-rounded wide receiver.

It's worth noting that Colts quarterback Daniel Jones attempted 50 passes on Sunday, a trend unlikely to continue. Still, Pierce profiles as a high-upside fantasy WR3/4 and could be a player to target on the waiver wire heading into a Week 10 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.
