The Pittsburgh Steelers released linebacker Jamir Jones on Wednesday. The Steelers signed Jones to a one-year deal back in February, but he'll return to the open market to look for a new team for the 2023 campaign. The former undrafted free agent began his NFL career in 2021 and played for the Steelers, Jacksonville Jaguars and Los Angeles Rams, securing only 10 tackles (seven solo) in 15 combined games (one start). In 17 games (zero starts) for the Steelers last year, Jones had 10 tackles (six solo) and one pass defensed. The 24-year-old remains mostly just a special teams option.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
