The New Orleans Saints released cornerback Bradley Roby on roster cutdown day on Tuesday. Roby apparently lost out to Alontae Taylor in the competition for the slot role in New Orleans' secondary and will now be looking for work elsewhere with the 2023 regular season starting next Thursday night. In his last two seasons with the Saints, Roby had 48 solo tackles, a sack, four tackles for loss, an interception, 10 passes defensed and two fumble recoveries in 27 games (11 starts). The 31-year-old was originally the 31st overall pick of the 2014 draft by the Denver Broncos out of Ohio State, and he spent the first five years of his NFL career with the Broncos before spending two years apiece with the Houston Texans and Saints.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
