Philadelphia Phillies relief pitcher Pat Neshek (forearm) has been shut down from throwing after being diagnosed with a right forearm strain. Neshek has missed all of the 2018 season thus far due to a shoulder injury. He will now be shut down for at least a week after suffering this strain. Neshek has not been on a rehab assignment yet, so it's doubtful that he pitches in May. He likely won't see many save chances when healthy, so fantasy owners can go ahead and drop him.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
