Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey (foot) has a few things working against him entering Week 4. He was limited Wednesday, missed Thursday's practice and returned in a limited capacity Friday, leaving him questionable for Sunday's game in Seattle. McConkey has caught 12 of 15 targets for 183 yards and a touchdown through three games, so the efficiency has been there when Justin Herbert looks his way. The volume has not. He saw only three targets in Week 2 and five last week in Buffalo, finishing with four catches for 66 yards. Seattle has also been one of the toughest defenses for opposing wide receivers through three weeks. McConkey sits at WR32 in RotoBaller's Week 4 rankings with the foot injury, matchup and recent target totals all working against him. Fantasy managers need to make sure he is active Sunday, and even if he plays, he carries more risk than usual as a WR3 or flex option.--Bruno Mulé

Cincinnati Bengals rookie wide receiver Dohnte Meyers hauled in three of five targets for 29 yards in the 30-27 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 3. While many haven't heard of Meyers, the undrafted free agent from the 2023 draft played for the Saskatchewan Roughriders over the past three seasons and made Cincinnati's 53-man roster after a stellar preseason. With Andrei Iosivas (thumb) on injured reserve, Meyers played 55% of snaps and ran 60% of routes in the Week 3 loss, ranking third among receivers behind Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. Meyers faces a Jacksonville Jaguars defense that has allowed the ninth most yards to wide receivers this season. While Meyers is a fun story given his CFL career, he is not fantasy-relevant behind Chase and Higgins in the pecking order.--Nathan Harvey

Arizona Cardinals running back Kendrick Bourne has emerged as a safe and reliable target for quarterback Jacoby Brissett this season. As a result, he has earned increased snaps, and he's making a push to supplant Marvin Harrison Jr. as the No. 2 receiver on the depth chart. Bourne has played at least 55% of the snaps in all three games this season, but now he needs to start fetching more targets. The 31-year-old caught a whopping eight passes in Week 1, but he has just two catches on three targets in each of the last two weeks. It's not ideal that Bourne is behind Michael Wilson, Trey McBride, and possibly Harrison in the pecking order, but his role might actually be impacted even more by the presence of Jeremiyah Love. This Cardinals team threw the ball out of necessity last year, but the emergence of Love has allowed them to incorporate the rushing attack more often. With that being said, Brissett threw the ball 52 times last week, so we're still encouraged that Bourne can be a matchup-based WR3/flex play. This week, he's going up against a Giants defense that has allowed the 11th-most receiving yards and fifth-most touchdowns to wide receivers in 2026.--Andersen Pickard

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Brycen Tremayne could see a larger role in Week 4 due to injuries at wide receiver. Tremayne is coming off a career game in Week 3, hauling in four of six targets for 83 yards in the 21-18 loss to the Cleveland Browns. With Jalen Coker (quad) exiting early and Xavier Legette (knee) inactive, Tremayne played 79% of snaps and ran 77% of routes in Week 3. With Legette already ruled out and Coker questionable for Sunday night's game against the Detroit Lions, Tremayne could see a workload similar to last week. The Lions' secondary has struggled as well, allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. While his value likely hinges on whether Coker is active, if he is ruled out, Tremayne could be a sneaky FLEX option against a weaker Lions' secondary.--Nathan Harvey

Carolina Panthers running back AJ Dillon had four carries for 16 yards and one catch for negative two yards in the 21-18 loss to the Cleveland Browns. With running back Jonathon Brooks (core) on injured reserve, Dillon is filling in as Chuba Hubbard's backup. The former Packers back played just 16% of snaps in Week 3, while Hubbard played 84%. They face a Detroit Lions defense that has allowed the 13th fewest fantasy points to running backs this season. However, rain is expected, and head coach Dave Canales said the run game will be integral to Sunday night's outcome. While he's strictly a handcuff to Hubbard, Dillon is a name to monitor in Week 4.--Nathan Harvey

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Tai Felton is expected to see a larger role in Week 4 against the Miami Dolphins. Star wideout Justin Jefferson suffered an ankle sprain that has ruled him out, leaving Jordan Addison, Jauan Jennings, and Felton as the receivers with significant roles. The second-year receiver had two targets but no receptions in the 23-16 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, yet he played 55% of the snaps and 65% of the routes after Jefferson left the game early. He faces a Dolphins defense that has allowed the fifth-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers this season, but also the seventh-most passing yards. With a limited role behind Addison and Jennings still expected, Felton is not fantasy-relevant despite the increased role with Jefferson inactive.--Nathan Harvey

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Cody White has been an unexpected bright spot amid the team's 3-0 start to the season, contributing three touchdowns over the last two weeks. However, despite the scoring streak, he's still not a reliable fantasy option for Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs. All three of White's catches this season have gone for touchdowns; this 100% touchdown rate is absolutely not sustainable. Something has to give, and right now, he's more likely to see his touchdown volume decrease rather than see his target volume increase. With a sub-22% snap share in all three of his games, White's fantasy outlook is entirely dependent on him scoring a touchdown. Even last week, when he scored a touchdown, he finished with a modest 7.6 fantasy points in PPR leagues, because the touchdown was his only catch. We might see his snap share increase with Jack Bech (forearm) on injured reserve, but he's still behind Jalen Nailor, Tre Tucker, and potentially Dareke Young on the depth chart. Managers looking for a receiver with touchdown upside should head the waiver wire for better options with higher volume shares. It's also worth noting that he has an incredibly challenging matchup against the Chiefs, who have allowed the fewest fantasy points to wide receivers in 2026.--Andersen Pickard

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandin Cooks is expected to make his debut in Week 4 against the Denver Broncos. Cooks signed with the 49ers' practice squad, was promoted to the active roster on Thursday, and is set to play Sunday. The veteran receiver played 15 games with the New Orleans Saints and the Buffalo Bills last season, hauling in 24 of 36 targets for 279 yards and no touchdowns. With Mike Evans (ribs) questionable and De'Zhaun Stribling (ankle), Christian Kirk (calf), and Demarcus Robinson on injured reserve, Cooks will likely slot in alongside Deebo Samuel Sr., Jordan Watson, and Jacob Cowing. While he faces a difficult test against the Broncos' stout secondary, Cooks could be a receiver to watch if he has success in Week 4.--Nathan Harvey

Washington Commanders tight end Chig Okonkwo will make his return in Week 4 against the Indianapolis Colts after missing the previous two games with a hamstring injury. Okonkwo played 55.7% of the snaps and caught two of three targets for 16 yards before exiting. The 27-year-old tight end could serve as Washington's No. 2 target in the passing game behind Stefon Diggs with Terry McLaurin (hamstring) not expected to play. Okonkwo could be in line for a productive day against a Colts defense that has allowed the ninth most fantasy points per game (10.8) and the fifth most receptions (20) to opposing tight ends so far this season. Okonkwo ranks as RotoBaller's TE25 in PPR formats for Week 4.--Kyle McCarthy

Washington Commanders wide receiver Treylon Burks is expected to see more snaps in Week 4 against the Indianapolis Colts, with Terry McLaurin (hamstring) not expected to play. Burks ran the third most routes behind McLaurin and Stefon Diggs in Week 3 against Seattle and hauled in both of his targets last week for 13 yards and a touchdown. The 26-year-old is likely to share some routes with Dyami Brown and others as Washington rotates their wide receivers a bit. Despite a likely increased role, Burks doesn't project as a fantasy option for Week 4 except for deeper leagues. He is worth considering as a high-risk, high-upside option in DFS competitions given the increase in snaps.--Kyle McCarthy

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jacob Cowing should see an expanded role in Week 4, with several injuries across the team's wide receiver room. Although Cowing hasn't recorded a stat in three games this season, he's seen increased usage over the past two weeks. He's played 36% of snaps and 36% of routes. Wide receiver Mike Evans (ribs) is questionable, and De'Zhaun Stribling (ankle), Christian Kirk (calf), and Demarcus Robinson are on injured reserve. If Evans can't play, Cowing should be a key contributor alongside Deebo Samuel Sr. and Jordan Watkins. They face a difficult matchup against the Denver Broncos, who have allowed the 10th-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers this season and the second-fewest in 2025. Fantasy managers in deeper leagues should keep tabs on Cowing, especially if the 49ers suffer additional injuries to their already depleted receiver room.--Nathan Harvey

Washington Commanders rookie wide receiver Antonio Williams may be in line for an increased role in Week 4 against the Indianapolis Colts, with Terry McLaurin (hamstring) now not expected to play. Williams has had multiple receptions in every game so far this season and has looked impressive with his limited opportunities. It will be interesting to see how much the rookie third-rounder's role increases after he saw his route share down to a season low of 22.9% in Week 3. Veterans Treylon Burks and Dyami Brown have maintained steady roles and are expected to be a part of a rotation again in Week 4. Williams should still have more opportunities this week and could have some flex appeal in deeper formats in an appealing Week 4 matchup against a Colts defense that has allowed the third most passing yards per game (276) and the fourth most yards per pass attempt (7.8).--Kyle McCarthy

Green Bay Packers running back Chris Brooks has yet to touch the ball more than seven times in a single game this season, and his snap share has steadily declined each week since the season opener. However, a projected positive game script against the Buccaneers in Week 4 could be exactly what Brooks needs to turn his season around. This Packers backfield has yet to see any consistency in terms of personnel, with Brooks and MarShawn Lloyd both occupying minimal roles while Josh Jacobs remains on the commissioner's exempt list. Although Brooks' snap share has slipped a little lately, he has still been playing more than both Lloyd and Kaleb Johnson. The Packers are favored by three points on the road, presenting an opportunity for Brooks to feast in the rushing attack. He's a fair RB3/flex option in deeper fantasy leagues for Week 4.--Andersen Pickard

Washington Commanders wide receiver Stefon Diggs could be in line for an even bigger target share in Week 4 against the Colts, with Terry McLaurin (hamstring) expected to be sidelined. Diggs has gotten off to a strong start in Washington, drawing at least six targets in all three games and catching three touchdowns. The 32-year-old wideout still isn't quite running a full route share, but he did spike to a season-high 77.1% after dipping down to 52.4% in Week 2. Diggs could be set up for a strong day against a leaky Colts secondary that has allowed the third most passing yards per game (276) and the fourth most yards per pass attempt (7.8). Diggs should be fired up as a high-end WR2 in one of the higher-scoring projected matchups of the week.--Kyle McCarthy

Washington Commanders running back Jacory Croskey-Merritt handled a career-high 20 touches in Week 3's win over the Seattle Seahawks. Croskey-Merritt wasn't overly efficient on his touches, rushing for just 36 yards on 19 carries and adding one catch for seven yards, but the second-year back has seen steady volume in each game so far. Croskey-Merritt also had a 48-yard touchdown wiped out by an unfortunate illegal formation penalty. Now with Rachaad White (shoulder) ruled out for Week 4, Croskey-Merritt should maintain a high-volume role and potentially see more involvement as a receiver. It's an appealing Week 4 matchup against a Colts defense that is allowing the fourth most rushing yards per game (141.3) and tied for the second most rushing touchdowns (five) in the league through three games. In a game with one of the higher projected totals of the week, Croskey-Merritt projects as a solid RB2 for Week 4, ranking as RotoBaller's RB23 in PPR formats.--Kyle McCarthy
