Milwaukee Brewers right-handed pitching prospect
Jacob Misiorowski tossed five shutout innings in his latest outing on Sunday against the Durham Bulls. In this outing, Misiorowski allowed just three hits, no walks, and struck out a season-high batters. This was his second-straight outing not allowing a run. Through his first 29 2/3 innings at Triple-A this season, the former second-round selection has held a strong 1.82 ERA with a 0.91 WHIP. Across this stint, he has struck out 38 batters and served up 13 free passes. This is a great sign as the 23-year-old has continued to build off his strong Triple-A debut last summer when he held a 2.55 ERA with a 0.85 WHIP across his first 17 2/3 innings at that level. Given his steady progression, he should be in the mix for an early 2025 MLB debut.

Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher
Aaron Nola didn't factor into the decision on Sunday but was solid in a 3-1 win over the Cubs. He allowed one run on three hits and a walk with six strikeouts in seven innings. This was a step in the right direction for Nola who had lost all five of his starts before this one with a 6.43 ERA and 1.61 WHIP. This start lowered his ERA to 5.40, but he still has plenty of work to do before his stats look more in line with that of a near-ace that many fantasy managers drafted him to be. He'll look to carry this momentum into his next start, tentatively scheduled to be against the Diamondbacks.

New York Mets starting pitcher
Tylor Megill allowed three runs on three hits and one walk while striking out nine over 6 ⅓ innings in an 8-7 loss to the Nationals on Sunday. This was the first time of the season that he allowed more than two runs in a start, which speaks to just how good he has been. More importantly, this was his first quality start and appearance of at least six innings of the year. If he can become more efficient and last longer into games he could be a real standout in fantasy, as he has already shown his strikeout upside with 19 punchouts combined over his past two starts. Megill will look to keep things up in his next time out, currently lined up to be against the Cardinals.

Houston Astros starting pitcher
Hunter Brown earned his fourth win of the season on Sunday, striking out nine over six innings while allowing one run on seven hits and one walk in a 7-3 victory over the Royals. This is his sixth straight quality start to begin the year and his second straight nine-strikeout performance. Brown has looked every bit like an ace, with his ERA now down to 1.22. He should be able to keep things up in his next start, which is currently lined up to be against the White Sox in Chicago.

Miami Marlins catcher
Agustin Ramirez continued to impress on Sunday, going 2-for-5 with two solo home runs in a 7-6 loss to the Mariners. He has been nothing short of spectacular to begin his major league career, slashing .474/.524/1.158 through his first five games. Seven of his nine hits have been for extra bases, with three home runs and four doubles. He's also stolen one base so far, showing off his legs that led to 22 stolen bases in the minors last season. Ramirez has 20 home run and 20 steal upside which is extremely rare for a catcher, and is a must-add unless you already have an elite catcher.

Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder
Andy Pages went 4-for-5 with a homer and four RBI in a 9-2 win against the Pirates on Sunday. He has been on fire as of late, as this was his third straight game of three hits or more. He's now slashing .277/.355/.506 with five home runs, 11 RBI, 11 runs, and one stolen base through 25 games this season. Everyday playing time in a stacked Dodgers lineup tends to bring good outcomes, and Pages could be worth a pickup as a streaming option while he's hot.

Arizona Diamondbacks second baseman
Ketel Marte (hamstring) was packing in the clubhouse on Sunday and confirmed that he will play in Philadelphia, according to Jack Sommers of SI.com. Arizona is expected to make the trip to Philly for three games starting on Friday, May 2. Marte has been sidelined since April 5 with a hamstring strain after only playing in eight games in 2025. He'll look to reclaim his title as the best fantasy second baseman after he had a breakout 2024 to the tune of a .292/.372/.560 slash line with 36 home runs.

Minnesota Twins starting pitcher
Joe Ryan was excellent on the mound during Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Angels. Ryan was blasted for six runs during his last start, but bounced back nicely during this start. He tossed seven shutout innings, allowing four hits, and striking out 11 batters in the win. Ryan has allowed one earned run or less in four of his first six starts of the season. He'll take a 3.18 ERA, 0.91 WHIP, and a 39/4 K/BB ratio into his next start against the Boston Red Sox. This isn't a favorable matchup for Ryan, but he still remains a must-have in basically all fantasy formats.

Noelvi Marte continued smashing the ball during Sunday's game against the Colorado Rockies. The 23-year-old went 3-for-5 with a double, two steals, and three RBI in the win. Marte went 7-for-15 with seven RBI during this three-game series in Colorado. Overall, Marte is slashing .364/.404/659 with three homers, 15 RBI, and four steals this season. This hot stretch might not last forever, so fantasy managers should take advantage of it and roster Marte where available. He has been red-hot at the plate since being recalled.

Cincinnati Reds starting pitcher
Nick Lodolo took a no-hitter into the sixth inning of Sunday's game against the Colorado Rockies. The southpaw was unhittable until
Jordan Beck got an infield single in the bottom half of the sixth inning. Despite that, Lodolo tossed seven scoreless innings, allowing two hits, and striking out nine batters in the win. It's not easy pitching at Coors Field, but Lodolo had seemingly no problems in this one. He'll take a 2.25 ERA, 0.86 WHIP, and 27/5 K/BB ratio into his next start against the Washington Nationals. When healthy, Lodolo is one of the best left-handed pitchers in the game. He should be rostered in most standard 12-team formats.

Brandon Marsh (hamstring) was hopeful to rejoin the big league club within the next week, but that plan might've changed. Marsh played six innings during a rehab game with Triple-A Lehigh Valley before being removed due to a right hamstring cramp. The plan is to re-evaluate Marsh on Monday, but this setback will likely push back his timetable to return. The 27-year-old was struggling at the plate before going down with a hamstring issue. Marsh has four hits in 51 plate appearances, so fantasy managers can leave him on the waiver wire for now.

Ranger Suarez (back) looked strong on the mound during his most recent start at Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Sunday. The southpaw tossed 4 2/3 innings, allowing one run on four hits while striking out eight batters. He threw 78 pitches in this one, so the Phillies will likely want to stretch him out a little more before returning to the big league rotation. There is no word of Suarez making another start, but it wouldn't be a surprise if he makes one more appearance before heading back to Philly. It's worth noting that
Cristopher Sanchez (forearm) is banged up, so maybe Suarez replaces him in the rotation. Fantasy managers in need of pitching help should stash Suarez where available.

Josh Jung (finger) was removed early during Sunday's game against the San Francisco Giants. Jung was taken out in the fifth inning due to a cut on his index finger. It's unclear when Jung suffered the injury, but hopefully this won't result in a trip to the injured list.
Josh Smith took over at third base while
Nick Ahmed moved over to shortstop as a result of Jung exiting the contest. Smith figures to see more time at the hot corner if Jung is forced to miss time.

Tyler Glasnow (shoulder) has been removed early during Sunday's start against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Glasnow gave up two hits, two runs, and walked a batter in the opening frame. He returned in the second inning, but Glasnow was removed while warming up due to right shoulder discomfort. Ouch, this is not a good look, but fantasy managers don't need to panic yet. Glasnow is expected to undergo further testing to determine the significance of the issue. Honestly, it wouldn't be shocking to see him placed on the injured list, but fantasy managers will need to check back for more updates.

Boston Red Sox outfielder
Jarren Duran was seemingly unstoppable at the plate during Sunday's game against the Cleveland Guardians. This was a great series for Duran who went 3-for-9 with a walk, triple, and two RBI during the doubleheader on Saturday. He returned on Sunday and went 4-for-6 with three singles, a double, and one RBI in the win. It's worth noting that Duran is currently on an 11-game hit streak at the plate. He got off to a bit of a slow start to the season, but has been heating up at the plate over the last few weeks.
