Athletics infielder Max Muncy (hand) was placed on the 10-day injured list on Tuesday. Muncy was forced to make an early exit from Monday's game after getting hit by a pitch in the hand. The X-rays came back negative, but additional imaging showed a fractured hand. There is a decent chance that Muncy is done for the season as this injury will require a lengthy stint on the injured list. In his absence, Luis Urias and Gio Urshela are expected to split up the duties at second base. Muncy wasn't bringing enough to the table to warrant rostering in most fantasy formats right now anyway.--Andy Webb
