Matt Adams Bothered By Hip Flexor
Matt Adams twisted his hip during his fall in the game on Tuesday night. It was initially reported that Adams was pulled from the game due to back spasms, but it appears he instead twisted his hip when his foot got stuck in the ground. However, the left-handed slugger is hoping he'll be available in the next few days after sitting out on Wednesday. Adams, 30, has just four at-bats on the season and is hitless. He'll play occasionally at first base but is really only useful for his left-handed power in NL-only leagues.
