2 years agoNew York Yankees starting pitcher Luis Severino (lat) said he could throw a bullpen session on Sunday. He was able to throw at 120 feet on Thursday and is getting closer to making his 2023 season debut for the Yankees. The 29-year-old right-hander suffered a low-grade lat strain in spring training after dealing with lat issues in 2022, but he appears to be making good progress. Injuries have been an issue for him, but when healthy, Severino has the skills to be a high-end fantasy starter. It's why he's currently 92 percent rostered in Yahoo leagues despite opening the 2023 season on the injured list.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
