New England Patriots cornerback Jonathan Jones (shoulder) is scheduled for season-ending shoulder surgery on Monday, according to a source. Jones landed on Injured Reserve last week and was expected to miss considerable time, but the Patriots secondary will now miss him for the rest of the season. The 28-year-old will finish 2021 with 20 tackles (15 solo), an interception and three passes defensed as New England's primary slot cornerback. In his six games played, Jones played 54% of the defensive snaps. Moving forward, slot receivers could have a big advantage when facing the Patriots defense, so keep that in mind when deciding fantasy matchups.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
