Jamison Crowder Doesn't Practice Wednesday
4 years agoNew York Jets wide receiver Jamison Crowder (calf) didn't practice on Wednesday. Crowder battled through the injury in the Week 14 blowout loss to the Seahawks, but he was clearly not 100 percent and caught just two of five targets for a season-low seven yards. Against a Rams Defense in Week 15 that is allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing pass-catchers this year, Crowder is an obvious fade for fantasy managers with a trip to the fantasy championship matchup on the line for next week. The 27-year-old will need to get in a limited practice on Thursday or Friday in order to have a shot at playing. Breshad Perriman and rookie Denzel Mims would have bigger roles in the passing game if Crowder sits, but it's really tough to trust any Jets offensive player in this matchup.
