J.T. Realmuto Goes Deep In Win Over Nationals
1 year agoPhiladelphia Phillies catcher J.T. Realmuto went 2-for-2 with a home run, two RBI, a run scored and two walks in the team's 6-2 win over the visiting Washington Nationals on Thursday night. Realmuto is hitting just .246 (87-for-354) on the year, but he has added 14 home runs, 46 RBI, 12 stolen bases and 48 runs scored in 99 games for the Phils. While the three-time All-Star backstop's average is well below his career norm of .273, he's still producing enough power and speed to make him one of the more attractive fantasy options at his position. Since the All-Star break, he has gone 16-for-69 (.232) with four home runs, two doubles, 12 RBI, two stolen bases and 11 runs scored in 20 games (19 starts).
