Green Bay Packers guard/center Elgton Jenkins (ankle) was placed on the injured reserve on Tuesday. Jenkins suffered a possible season-ending ankle injury during their loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday. For now, Jenkins will head to the IR and will miss at least the next four games. This is a tough blow to Green Bay as Jenkins was playing extremely well lately. The Packers don't have a true backup center, so they might look at multiple candidates to replace Jenkins. Right now, Sean Rhyan and Jordan Morgan seem like the top candidates to take over the center spot in Green Bay.--Andy Webb
