The Philadelphia Eagles defense is not a good choice for Week 8 fantasy starting lineups despite a good matchup. The Eagles will take on the winless Detroit Lions, but the defensive unit has done little to show that they are not an enormous liability. They have failed to record a sack for two straight weeks and only have 11 on the season to go with just six interceptions. Outside of seemingly fluke Weeks 1 and 5 where they were the overall DST 5 and DST3, the Eagles defense has averaged an atrocious DST24 finish.
