Drew Lock Very Mediocre In Loss To Bills
4 years agoDenver Broncos quarterback Drew Lock was coming off his best game of the season in a Week 14 win against the Panthers, but he wasn't able to deliver an encore, falling flat in a 48-19 loss to Buffalo on Saturday. Lock went just 20-for-32 for 132 yards and a touchdown. He also ran the ball five times for 37 yards, but he lost a crucial fumble that was returned for a touchdown. While Lock hasn't thrown an interception in the last two games after a streak of seven straight games with a pick, he's now lost a fumble in back-to-back weeks. The second-year quarterback showed more inconsistency and inaccuracy when throwing the ball downfield on Saturday, and he can't be trusted as anything more than a low-end QB2 in Week 16 against the Chargers, even though he threw three touchdowns against them back in Week 8 in their first meeting.
