Seattle Mariners outfielder Domingo Santana (elbow) has been placed on the injured list with right elbow inflammation, according to The Athletics' Corey Brock. Santana has been dealing with a sore elbow for some time, as he is hitting .131 with a .490 OPS since the All-Star break. In a corresponding move, the Mariners have called up eighth-ranked prospect Jake Fraley, who is expected to make his Major League debut sometime this week. The 24-year-old outfielder has been hitting .298 with 19 home runs between Double-A and Triple-A this season. Pick him up in deep mixed and AL-only leagues immediately, as he should play regularly down the stretch for this rebuilding club.--Michael
