Daniel Schneemann Hits Seventh Home Run, Growing His Role with Guardians
Daniel Schneemann blasted his seventh home run of the season in Tuesday's 9-5 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers. The three-run shot brought his team within one run before the Dodgers eventually pulled away. Schneemann finished 1-for-2 on the night and was replaced by Will Wilson in the bottom of the seventh inning. The 28-year-old is now slashing .250/.331/.474 in his first full season as a pro, registering a solid .805 OPS and .352 wOBA. He will look to continue his solid production as he settles into his everyday role, and the Guardians aim to stay afloat in the AL Central.
