The Indianapolis Colts brought in veteran free-agent safety Darian Thompson for a visit on Thursday, according to a source. The former New York Giants third-round pick spent the last four seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, recording 56 solo tackles, three tackles for loss, three QB hits, 1.5 sacks, one interception, four passes defensed, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery in 45 games (11 starts). The 28-year-old has made only 28 starts in his six seasons in the NFL and would merely be a rotational safety for the Colts if he were to sign with Indianapolis.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
