The Los Angeles Chargers announced the release of linebacker Thomas Davis and defensive tackle Brandon Mebane on Friday. Davis had 112 tackles (65 solo) in his one and only season with the Bolts, and it was his highest tackle total since he had 123 (85 solo) in 2013 with the Panthers. The three-time Pro Bowler could still be productive with another team and could be a streaming IDP option if he continues his career in 2020. Mebane played four seasons with the Chargers and became one of just three nose tackles in the NFL with an interception and at least 450 career tackles.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
