Virginia Tech cornerback Caley Farley (back), a projected first-round pick in next month's draft, will undergo a microdiscectomy on Tuesday with back specialist Robert Watkins and will not work out at his Pro Day on Friday, according to his agent, Drew Rosenhaus. The minimally invasive surgery will fix a herniated disc in Farley's back. Barring any setbacks, Farley should be able to get back on the field this offseason before he enters his first training camp in the NFL in late July. The cornerback opted out of the 2020 season in college due to COVID-19. He had 56 tackles, six interceptions and 19 passes defensed in 23 career games for Virginia Tech.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
