ANALYSIS: The MVP of Super Bowl XLVII is back in the NFL. The 38-year-old signal-caller signed with the Cleveland Browns and started in their away loss to the Los Angeles Rams, where he threw two touchdowns and an interception.
Ever since leaving Baltimore and being replaced by Lamar Jackson, Joe Flacco has mainly been a spot starter for teams with no playoff ambitions, but this time things are different. He is playing for the 7-5 Browns who are currently sixth in the AFC Playoff Standings. Due to Dorian Thompson-Robinson still being in concussion protocol and his lack of experience, we could expect Flacco to remain the starter.

Flacco recorded 17.2 fantasy points last week and finished as the overall QB11. If we look at what he's done since leaving Baltimore, Flacco has averaged 237 yards, 1.2 touchdowns, and 0.6 interceptions a game in 18 games as a starter.
What makes Flacco an enticing pick for 2QB league managers is his schedule. The NFL's 20th all-time passing yards leader will take on the Jaguars (fourth in the most fantasy points per game allowed to QBs), the Bears (13th), the Texans (ninth), and after a tough game against the Jets, he will close out the year against the Bengals (seventh).
