Garrett Wilson's fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 13 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Garrett Wilson for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start In 10-Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2
ANALYSIS: New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson found the end zone last week for the first time since Week 2, catching seven of his 10 targets for 44 yards and a touchdown.
Getting passes thrown his way hasn't been an issue for Wilson this year as he's had at least seven targets in all but one game, including six games with double-digit targets.
The problem for Wilson has been target quality. With Zach Wilson and Tim Boyle throwing the football, Wilson's actual numbers have been hard to predict. He has five games with at least 80 receiving yards, but he also had a game in Week 11 where his eight targets translated into just two catches for nine yards.
Wilson rates as a low-end WR2 option this week against the Atlanta Falcons. His talent and the number of passes coming his direction give him clear upside, but the fact that those passes are likely to be off-target and tough to bring in introduces a little too much upside for Wilson to be viewed as a top-20 play this week. Still, in most formats, you'll be playing him if he's on your fantasy roster outside of a stacked eight-team league.
