DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (12/12/23): Today's Top NBA DFS Lineups

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on December 12th, 2023. Max Kulish provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

Happy Tuesday, RotoBallers! Tonight we've got a 5 game slate headlined by the TNT doubleheader of Lakers @ Mavs and Warriors @ Suns. These articles focus on the overall best plays, which are typically more suited for cash games. However, some exceptions may apply, depending on the size of the slate.

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 12/12/23. Remember to monitor NBA injury news and our awesome new NBA injuries report tool as the slate can completely change before lineups lock.

As always, feel free to follow my X/Twitter (@Maxadelphia) to keep up to date with NBA news and for my nightly NBA bets if you're into that sort of thing. Let's go!

DraftKings and FanDuel Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Luka Doncic, DAL vs LAL – PG ($11,800 DK; $12,400 FD)

Luka is always an easy click but with no Kyrie Irving (foot) in the lineup, this could be an explosion spot. Luka went off for 30/12/8 against the Lakers on 11/22, and that was with Irving in the lineup. If you look at his player props on a sportsbook, Vegas seems to expect a triple-double performance tonight (points - 32.5, rebounds - 9.5, assists - 8.5).

Devin Booker, PG/SG, PHX @ LAL – PG ($10,400 DK; $10,700 FD)

We may finally see the debut of the Suns' new Big 3 tonight, all hinging on Kevin Durant's (back) clearance to play. With Durant dealing with an injury, and Bradley Beal returning to the lineup after a month on the sidelines, I expect Booker to lead the Suns tonight. Barring more injuries, this could be the last time for a while you're not playing rock-paper-scissors to determine which of the Suns' stars you want in your lineup.

Cam Reddish, LAL @ DAL – SG ($4,400 DK; $4,700 FD)

There's not a ton of value at guard tonight, and anyone cheaper than Reddish is a true dart throw. Reddish regularly plays 30+ minutes in tight games, and with this game currently sitting at Mavericks -2 on most books, he should reach that threshold.

Also Consider: Steph Curry, ($9,500 DK; $8,900 FD); Eric Gordon, ($6,000 DK, $5,500 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

LeBron James, LAL vs. PHX – SF/PF ($9,700 DK; $10,100 FD)

Coming off their In-Season Tournament win, the Lakers have won 4 in a row overall. Since the Mavericks drafted Doncic, LeBron has averaged 27.6/9.3/7.8 over 12 games, including a 26/9/7 game against the Mavericks 3 weeks ago (on 11/22). Pair that with the fact the Lakers have had 2 days to rest following the IST final, and LeBron is a very interesting option tonight.

Dante Exum, DAL vs LAL – PG/SF ($5,700 DK; $6,100 FD)

With both Kyrie and Tim Hardaway missing last night's game in Memphis, it was Exum who stepped up in a big way for the Mavs. He's posted 27.5+ fantasy points in 3 straight games, and since the Mavs are on a back-to-back his pricing didn't have a chance to be accurately adjusted. Exum provides nice roster flexibility and projects through the roof, so expect him to be one of the most owned plays on the slate.

Markieff Morris, DAL vs LAL – SF ($3,000 DK; $3,700 FD)

The Mavs are incredibly thin in their frontcourt currently, with Hardaway, Derrick Jones, Grant Williams, and Josh Green all expected to miss tonight's game. In last night's game against Memphis, the stone-minimum Morris posted his best stat line of the year while playing 21 minutes. As I just mentioned, the Mavs are on a back-to-back so it will be all hands on deck again tonight.

Also Consider: Kawhi Leonard, ($8,000 DK; $8,700 FD); Olivier-Maxence Prosper, ($3,700 DK; $3,800 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Anthony Davis, LAL @ DAL – PF/C ($9,800 DK; $11,300 FD)

After Davis' incredible performance in the IST final, I'm just not quite sure how his price has only gone up $200. As I just mentioned; the Mavs are incredibly thin in the front court, which should be a dream matchup for the league's 2nd-leading rebounder this year.

Dereck Lively, DAL vs LAL – C ($5,600 DK; $6,100 FD)

The other side of this Lakers-Mavs center matchup is also an interesting one. Lively is averaging 37 fantasy points per game in his last 4 games, highlighted by two games with 16 rebounds in that stretch. He's another Maverick who's simply priced incorrectly after playing a game last night, and I consider him and Davis a clear-cut above the other options at Center tonight.

Also Consider: Nikola Jokic, ($11,900 DK; $12,300 FD)
