Cooper Kupp fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 8 (2024). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Cooper Kupp for your fantasy lineups.

ANALYSIS: Cooper Kupp was sizzling to start the year and saw 21 targets in the Rams Week 1 matchup against the Detroit Lions. Fellow teammate Puka Nacua is still sidelined with a knee injury, and Kupp should see a boatload of targets moving forward.
While he is now 31 years of age, Kupp still looks good and is productive when he's been on the field for fantasy. As long as he is healthy, he is a must-start in all formats.
The Rams and the the Chiefs discussed Cooper Kupp, but the Super Bowl champs needed to trade with a team that was willing to take on a large chunk of the salary and didn’t want to give up high picks. Tennessee is the team willing to play ball.

There have been some murmurs of Kupp getting moved prior to the NFL trade deadline on Nov. 5, but that shouldn't impact his stock too much either way. Start him with confidence going forward as long as he's healthy.
