About Aaron Burger, SPT - RotoBaller

I'm Aaron, a third-year Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. When I'm not treating patients or studying, I'm probably doing something fantasy football related. Given my knowledge of injuries and love for fantasy football, I decided to bring my two worlds together and provide fantasy football injury analysis. I'm thankful to be able to provide you guys with analysis of all the latest fantasy football injuries! Let me know if you have any questions and I'll be happy to help!

Week 8 really didn't have a great number of significant injuries which is always great news! The most noteworthy injury was obviously the crazy-talented Will Fuller who tore his ACL on Thursday Night Football. Make sure to read about Fuller's injury as well as updates on a bunch of fantasy relevant players below in this... Read More

The Patriots RB that gets goal line and red zone carries is insanely valuable in fantasy football. When Rex Burkhead was put on IR, it was officially Sony Michel's backfield as far as carries were concerned. James White will always be a PPR monster but Michel was rewarding those who drafted him and stuck with him.... Read More

Everyone held a collective breath as they watched Cooper Kupp get horse-collared by a Broncos defender and had his left knee twisted awkwardly. Thankfully, he didn't tear any ligaments and was even able to come back and play in the second half after getting carted off the field. Devonta Freeman, Leonard Fournette, and Dalvin Cook... Seemingly, everyone in the NFL is dealing with a hamstring strain or a sprained MCL. Leonard Fournette has been dealing with a lingering hamstring issue for weeks as well as Dalvin Cook. For the wide receivers, T.Y. Hilton and Geronimo Allison are dealing with hamstring strains as well. Sprained MCLs are also all the rage... Read More

It feels like Week 4 was the week of hamstring strains. Star running backs Dalvin Cook and Leonard Fournette were limited in Week 4 because of their hamstring injuries and T.Y. Hilton wasn't able to suit up for Thursday Night Football because of his hamstring strain. Also, on his way back to prominence both on... Read More

Thankfully, Week 3 didn't have a great number of fantasy-relevant injuries. It did have some awesome twists and turns though with the Browns getting their first win since Christmas Eve 2016, the Bills defeating the Vikings out of nowhere, and the Patriots losing their second game in a row. We got some updates about some... Read More

In Week 2, we unfortunately bore witness to some notable running back injuries including Dalvin Cook, Melvin Gordon, Joe Mixon, Jay Ajayi, and LeSean McCoy. On a more positive note, Aaron Rodgers was able to play thanks to a cumbersome knee brace and even threw a TD to his go-to receiver, Davante Adams. Now as we... Read More

Well, well, well, Week 1 sure was a whirlwind. If the entire 2018 season is anything like Week 1, we're in for a good one ladies and gentlemen. Unfortunately, some fantasy-relevant players were banged up and fantasy owners suffered as a result. With that being said, if the season is indeed like Week 1, then... Read More

Making weekly lineup decisions is one of the most excruciating aspects of fantasy football. As if it weren't enough to consider positional matchups, weather, offensive trends and such, the one thing that leaves fantasy owners in the biggest bind is injuries. Health issues can make or break a player's value in a given week and... Read More
