New England Patriots wide receiver Kendrick Bourne (shoulder) and kicker Nick Folk (knee) are both active for the Week 8 game against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday. Bourne is averaging a very modest four targets and 50 receiving yards per game through the first seven weeks of the season. Last week in the blowout win over the New York Jets, he had four catches for 68 yards and also threw a touchdown pass. Jakobi Meyers remains New England's top target, making Bourne a hard-to-trust WR4/flex. Folk enters the week as the No. 3 kicker in terms of fantasy points, and he should at least be a fine streaming option this weekend against the Bolts.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
