FanDuel NFL DFS Lineup Picks for Sunday 1/10/21 - Daily Fantasy Football

Jorge Pucks' top FanDuel NFL DFS lineup picks for the Wild Card Sunday slate (1/10/21) and some DFS value sleepers for your daily fantasy football rosters.

Wild Card weekend is officially here in the NFL and this year we get six games instead of just four! With six teams from each conference playing this week and only two teams getting a bye, we are in for one heck of a treat with two triple-headers on Saturday and Sunday!

More NFL games = more NFL DFS slates and we have you covered with all of the content you're craving here at RotoBaller where our team of NFL analysts will be breaking down these games from all angles. These slates will be challenging (as most small slates usually are) as there really aren't that many bad defenses to pick on anymore and we will have to dig a little deeper than usual to find the matchups that we really want to target.

In this article, I will be providing you with my Wild Card Saturday slate daily fantasy football lineup picks on FanDuel. These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. Be sure to also check out our weekly DraftKings DFS lineup picks and lots of other great NFL DFS articles and NFL DFS tools to help you win big! Feel free to give me a follow on Twitter @jorgepucks.

Editor's Note: The FFPC Baby Gorilla Tournament is now open, featuring a $100,000 grand prize and a $675,450 total prize pool! NFL DFS Wild Card Sunday Slate

1:05 PM EST: Baltimore Ravens (-7) vs. Tennessee Titans (54.5 O/U)

4:40 PM EST: Chicago Bears  @ New Orleans Saints (-9.5) (48 O/U)

8:15 PM EST: Cleveland Browns @ Pittsburgh Steelers (-3.5) (47 O/U)

FanDuel DFS Quarterbacks

Lamar Jackson vs. TEN ($9,300)

Out of all of the quarterback options on this three-game Sunday slate, Lamar Jackson provides both the highest floor and highest ceiling at this position. Jackson is the best dual-threat quarterback option in the league and finds ways to get it done both in the air and on the ground.

Jackson has been extremely consistent as he has scored 20+ FD points in six out of his last seven games played and the matchup against Tennessee is extremely favorable. The Titans rank 22nd against the pass and 10th against the run so Jackson might be forced to pass a little more should the run game experience trouble early on. In his lone matchup against Tennessee earlier this season, Jackson completed 17 of 29 passes for 186 passing yards while throwing one touchdown and one interception. He saw 13 rushing attempts for 51 yards as which shows the rushing volume that he could see in this matchup again.

Ben Roethlisberger @ CLE ($7,500)

If spending down on a quarterback, Big Ben looks to be an intriguing price at $7,500. Roethlisberger has had a very solid season as he has tossed 33 touchdowns and over 3,800 passing yards while completing 65% of his passes and has done a good job cutting down on his turnovers but still producing a high touchdown total. Roethlisberger ended the season on a high note as he picked apart a great Indianapolis defense for 341 passing yards and three passing touchdowns while the Steelers had a big come from behind win.

Big Ben sat the final week of the season which also happened to be a game against the Browns and with the Browns without their head coach this game, we can only suspect this will have some sort of negative impact on the team. In Roethlisberger's lone game against Cleveland this season, he completed 14 of 22 passes for 162 yards and one touchdown. In the game against Indy, Big Ben started taking more shots downfield which is something we might see more of as the postseason continues which would be good for fantasy production. The matchup against the Browns looks to be a good one as they have the 23rd ranked pass defense and without a strong run game presence, the Steelers could lean on the pass as they have done all season long.

FanDuel DFS Running Backs

Derrick Henry @ BAL ($10,200)

Derrick Henry has flexed his muscles all season long as he has been out to prove he is one of the top running backs in the entire league. Henry is the highest-priced player on the slate at $10,200 but has proven worthy of his salary all season long. Henry is coming off of a monster performance against Houston as he carried the ball 34 times for 250 yards and two touchdowns as he became the eighth running back in NFL history to run for 2,000 yards in a season.

The matchup against the Ravens is a tough one as they rank 7th against the rush. Henry had a modest game against them back in November as he had 28 carries for 133 yards and one rushing touchdown which resulted in 19.7 FD points. Henry is viable in all formats but you will need to hit the correct value in order to plug Henry into your lineup.

Alvin Kamara @ CHI ($9,000)

If the price tag for Henry is a tad high for your liking, you could spend $1,200 less and still get a top tier running back in Alvin Kamara. The last game Kamara played was against the Vikings and in that game, he ran the ball 22 times for 155 yards and six touchdowns.

Kamara has been automatic at the running back spot as he has hit double-digit FD points in 14 out of 15 games played this season. The Saints offense revolves around him and he is involved in all facets of their offensive game plan which makes him extremely valuable in all formats. In his lone game against Chicago this season, Kamara had 12 carries for 67 rushing yards. He was heavily involved in the passing game as he recorded nine catches on 13 targets for 96 receiving yards. Kamara is slated to return by Sunday morning so monitoring his status will be crucial for your lineups.

J.K. Dobbins @ TEN ($6,800)

Dobbins has really taken over the lead running back duties for the Ravens and he checks in at a very solid price point of $6,800. Dobbins has seen double-digit carries in eight of his last nine games played and has hit double-digit FD points in seven of those games. In the last game of the season, Dobbins had his best game as a professional as he rushed for 160 yards on 13 carries while finding the end zone twice.

The Titans Defense is ranked 18th overall but check-in as the 10th best defense against the run. When the Ravens took on the Titans in November, Dobbins saw 15 carries for 70 rushing yards while also finding the end zone once. The Ravens offense goes through the running game and with the consistent involvement and touches, Dobbins is viable in all formats.

FanDuel DFS Wide Receivers

Allen Robinson vs. NO ($7,200)

Allen Robinson carries one of the better floors on the slate at the wide receiver position. Robinson is the go-to target in this Bears passing attack and has seen at least 9 targets in 11 games this season. In addition, Robinson has eclipsed double-digit FD points in 10 out of 16 games this season which is ideal for cash games.

The Bears should be in a competitive game against the Saints and are projected to be playing from behind. This creates a positive game script for the Bears passing attack, especially Robinson. In their matchup against the Saints earlier in the season, Robinson accumulated 87 yards on six receptions while also hauling in a receiving touchdown. With his price point at $7,200, Robinson looks to be in play in all formats as this is one of the cheaper price tags Robinson will be at all season long.

Michael Thomas vs. CHI ($6,800)

The Saints look to finally have their top receiving option in Michael Thomas back for the Wild-Card round of the playoffs. Thomas has seen limited action this entire season as he has been dealing with a nagging ankle injury that he suffered in Week 1.

When Thomas has played, he has produced solid numbers as he has seen 5+ targets in every game this year and has eclipsed 50+ receiving yards in five out of seven games played. He has yet to haul in a receiving touchdown this season so he is certainly due for one. The price tag for Thomas is certainly appealing at $6,800 which is the lowest price that we have seen for him in years. Rostering Thomas is a tad risky just because we are unsure of how healthy that ankle is and he can re-aggravate it at any moment so he looks to be more of a tournament play on this slate.

Marquise Brown vs. TEN ($6,300)

The Ravens offense has really kicked it into gear in the back half of the season and this is partly due to the emergence of the passing game and getting Hollywood Brown involved. Brown has been on fire over the last six games of the season as he saw at least six targets in five out of his last six regular-season games played.

In addition, he has recorded six receiving touchdowns over that stretch of six games which is extremely impressive seeing that he only had two receiving touchdown catches throughout his first 10 games of the season. The Ravens offense has kicked it into another gear and this could be attributed to the growth of the passing game and getting an explosive player like Brown involved.

FanDuel DFS Tight Ends

Mark Andrews @ TEN ($7,000)

If looking for the best floor of all of the tight end options on the slate, look no further than Mark Andrews. Andrews was second in total targets on the Ravens and led the Ravens in receiving touchdowns with eight.

Andrews is averaging 10 FD points per game and has hit the double-digit mark on FD in four out of his last five games played. In his lone game against the Titans, Andrews had his best performance of the season as he hauled in five of his seven targets for 96 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Jonnu Smith @ BAL ($5,200)

If looking for a lower owned play at the tight end position, Smith could easily go overlooked in tournament formats. Smith got off to a really strong start to the season but cooled down halfway through as the offensive focus shifted towards Henry and Brown.

Smith ranks third on the team in total targets while also ranking second on the team with eight touchdown receptions so he has been a vital part of this offense down in the red zone. Smith was an offensive weapon in their lone game against Baltimore earlier in the season as he hauled in four catches on six targets for 20 yards while also hauling in a touchdown grab.

FanDuel DFS Defense/Special Teams

When looking at this slate as a whole, there are two games that have a total of under 50 points and these games would be the preferred games to target when it comes to selecting a defense. The Saints Defense at $4,600 is one of the preferred pay up options on the slate as the matchup against Chicago is one of the better overall matchups during Wild Card Weekend. The Bears have the 23rd best offense and the Saints were able to generate five sacks against them in their lone matchup earlier this season. If looking for another option, the Steelers Defense at $4,800 is also appealing. In their matchup in mid-October, the Steelers were able to generate four sacks and two interceptions as they generated 18 FD points. Factor in that the Browns Head Coach, Kevin Stefanski, will be missing this game for the Browns due to COVID-19 and things could turn rather ugly for the Browns if the Steelers defense brings their "A" game on Sunday night.

Well, that's it, everyone! Good luck, RotoBallers, in your contests and I hope this slate turns out to be a profitable one for you!
