FanDuel, DraftKings MNF DFS Lineup Picks: Daily Fantasy Football for Week 15

Michael Thomas New Orleans Saints

Gage Bridgford (@GbridgfordNFL) highlights the top FanDuel NFL DFS lineup picks for Monday Night Football for Week 15 of the 2019 season, and a couple of sleepers to consider while building MNF daily fantasy rosters.

Monday Night Football is here, and the Indianapolis Colts (6-7) are heading South to take on the New Orleans Saints (10-3). The Saints are looking to bounce back from a tight loss to the San Francisco 49ers, and the Colts are looking to save their playoff hopes that are on life support after several close losses.

However, we're not here for that. We're here to make some money in daily fantasy lineups. The Colts started the year strong, but they've lost four of their last five. Meanwhile, the Saints are one of the best teams in the NFL, and they're in the fight for the top seeds in the NFC.

Whether you're playing on FanDuel or DraftKings, the slightest lineup constructions can make all the difference. Choosing one player over another is the difference between winning a little or a lot. So, let's look at how we're going to construct our lineups.

Editor's Note: The FFPC Baby Gorilla Tournament is now open, featuring a $100,000 grand prize and a $675,450 total prize pool! This 12-team, Tight End Premium contest uses a 20-round draft format, with the overall winners determined by total points scored during Weeks 15–17. DFS Quarterbacks - Week 15 Picks

Drew Brees, NO - FanDuel $16,000/ DraftKings $12,000

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees put up a vintage day last week, and he has several weapons on offense. With how beat up this Colts Defense is, he can have another one of those games this week. The Colts are around the middle of the pack in points allowed to quarterbacks, but they've been fading as of late allowing big games to Ryan Tannehill and Deshaun Watson. Brees is a solid option on Monday night.

Jacoby Brissett, IND - FanDuel $14,000/ DraftKings $9,000

Colts quarterback Jacoby Brissett is going to be a lot cheaper than the guy across from him, and the defense has been susceptible to allowing big plays. The main issue with Brissett is the lack of weapons that he has at his disposal, although wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (calf) has a chance to return on Monday night. The Saints Defense is in the bottom 10 in the league in points allowed to quarterbacks, and they just lost two key defensive starters for the year in the last week.

DFS Running Backs - Week 15 Picks

Alvin Kamara, NO - FD $13,000/ DK $9,800

Saints running back Alvin Kamara hasn't been the stud that he had been in the last two years, but that's not been for lack of trying. He's on pace for the same amount of catches in the previous two seasons, and, if he hadn't missed three games, he likely would have finished with the most carries in his career. The issue for Kamara has been down in the red zone with just two total touchdowns this season. I think he's able to get back in the end zone this week.

Marlon Mack, IND - FD $12,500/ DK $7,800

Similar to the quarterback, you're getting a big discount with running back Marlon Mack. The best way for Indianapolis to win this game is to grind it out with Mack getting a hefty workload. He's still on pace for his first 1,000-yard season, but he will have a tough front ahead of him. The Saints are in the top 10 in the NFL in running back points allowed. They allow teams to throw while stopping the run. It's going to be a lot of tough sledding for him.

Latavius Murray, NO - FD $8,500/ DK $5,600

Murray's workload has slowed of late due to multiple shootouts in recent games. The Saints will be wanting to keep Kamara healthy down the stretch, and they'll be leaning on Murray to do that. He also presents a bigger body with some touchdown upside. For a cheap price, you can get a guy with touchdown upside that gives you more lineup flexibility.

DFS Wide Receivers - Week 15 Picks

Michael Thomas, NO - FD $15,500/ DK $12,600

Whether you start Brees or Brissett, wide receiver Michael Thomas has to be in your lineups. In DraftKings this season, he's averaging over 25 points per game. He gets a ton of volume with just three games with less than 10 targets, and he still has double-digit fantasy points in each of those games. The Colts don't have a cornerback that can stick with Thomas for an entire game, so you have to find a way to fit him in your lineup.

Zach Pascal, IND - FD $11,500/ DK $8,000

Wide receiver Zach Pascal has been a stud at times this year, but he's been extremely inconsistent. If Hilton ends up missing this game, that instantly gives him more volume. However, he also has to play against cornerback Marshon Lattimore, who has been lighting it up this year. If Hilton plays, that means that he gets the better matchup throughout the game. Pascal has played well this year, but he's also been far too inconsistent to give a strong prediction.

After the top two wideouts, it's just such an impossible prediction who will be scoring for these two teams. Hilton would be your stack if he plays, but he's dealing with a soft-tissue injury that could knock him out of the game early.

DFS Tight Ends - Week 15 Picks

Jared Cook, NO - FD $12,000/ DK $6,800

Tight end Jared Cook has been somewhat of a disappointment this season, but he had a great week last week when he caught both of his targets for 64 yards and two touchdowns. He's third on the team in targets behind Thomas and Kamara, so he gets his share of looks. The Colts don't allow a ton of scoring to the tight end position, so it's not an ideal matchup.

Jack Doyle, IND - FD $10,500/ DK $6,600

If you're playing a tight end in this game, it should be Jack Doyle. His quarterback looks his way a lot, and he catches the majority of his targets. Since posting a goose egg against the Jacksonville Jaguars, he's seen 21 targets, including 11 in Week 13. He's caught over 64 percent of his passes this season, and he's up to four touchdowns on the year, which is one less than his career-best. The Saints allow a fair bit of points to the tight end position, so it wouldn't be surprising for Doyle to have a big night.

DFS Defenses - Week 15 Picks

Saints Defense - DK $4,400

They're a little pricier, but they're the better option because of how risk-averse Brees is. Brissett has been more willing to throw the ball into questionable situations this year, and the Colts don't have the pass rush that the Saints do. New Orleans will likely try to be aggressive to force pressure along with being aggressive in coverage. They are in a tight NFC race, and this is simply a take care of the business game.
