Welcome back to the DFS Patrol. Regular season basketball is officially over which means it's all baseball here on out. In this article, I’ll be providing you with the top starting pitcher streamers for daily fantasy baseball (DFS) and for seasonal leagues for 4/14/16. These streamers will range from high-priced / high-ownership options to low-priced / low-ownership options, and will be sleepers and value picks for your cash games and GPPs on DraftKings and FanDuel, and also for seasonal leagues with daily lineups.
Another full slate of baseball on tap, with plenty of aces on the board (Chris Archer, Cole Hamels, Gerrit Cole). There's value to be had too, although my two favorites play each other. Check them out and more below.

Daily Pitcher Matchup Ratings Tool Top Plays
Jaime Garcia (STL) vs MIL
FanDuel - $8,600 / DraftKings - $9,700
This one came as a shock, but after digging deeper it's not that crazy. Garcia allowed four runs in his debut but only allowed four or more three times in all of 2015. He's also held Ryan Braun in check (.133, 4-for-30). People will be hesitant to pay up for Garcia given the alternatives, which should lead to low ownership. He's a nice tourney play.
Raisel Iglesias (CIN) @ CHC
FanDuel - $8,100 / DraftKings - $8,700
Our Matchup Tool loves Iglesias today. He has oodles of potential with a high strikeout ceiling (10.9 K/9 on the road in 2015).
Gerrit Cole (PIT) vs DET
FanDuel - $9,500 / DraftKings - $10,500
Don't be scared off by Cole's last start; he has always performed poorly versus them. He should rebound versus a solid Tigers lineup that he had a 2.13 ERA against in two starts last year.
Max’s Value Plays of the Day
Vince Velasquez (PHI) vs SD
FanDuel - $7,400 / DraftKings - $7,300
Velasquez was excellent in his debut throwing six scoreless innings against the Mets. The Padres have been far from impressive and have 68 strikeouts so far (T-8th).
Drew Pomeranz (SD) @ PHI
FanDuel - $6,000 / DraftKings - $6,700
This should be a low scoring game between Pomeranz and Velasquez. Pomeranz limited the Rockies to two runs in five innings at Coors, an impressive outing. Aside from Maikel Franco, there's nothing to be scared of here. Bargain bin pricing.
Mat Latos (CWS) @ MIN
FanDuel - $6,200 / DraftKings - $7,600
Latos of old showed up in his debut, limited the Athletics to one-hit in six scoreless innings. He gets a Twins team still vying for its first victory, something I don't see today.
Starting Pitchers to Fade in Daily Fantasy Baseball
Nathan Eovaldi (NYY) @ TOR
FanDuel - $9,100 / DraftKings $7,300
Who in their right mind would pay for Eovaldi on FanDuel? He had a 1.66 WHIP on the road last year and faces one of the best offenses in baseball. Look elsewhere.
Julio Teheran (ATL) @ WAS
FanDuel - $7,800 / DraftKings - $8,800
Vice versa for Teheran but on DraftKings. The Braves have not been providing any run support and Bryce Harper owns him (12-for-25, 4 HR). Daniel Murphy (.417) hasn't been shabby himself. Braves lose their 10th straight today.
