DraftKings PGA DFS Lineup Picks - PGA Championship (2026)

JJ Spaun - PGA DFS Lineup Picks, Golf Betting

Zach's DraftKings PGA DFS lineup picks for the PGA Championship (2026). His PGA DFS targets and value plays for daily fantasy golf lineups.

Welcome, everyone, to my DraftKings PGA DFS lineup picks and advice for the 2026 PGA Championship. I'll be providing DFS picks and analysis to help you set those winning DraftKings lineups.

The PGA Championship is the second major of the 2026 PGA TOUR season, and sets up as a great opportunity for top golfers in the sport to claim a prestigious victory as we head from the spring into the summer. The PGA Championship is played on a variety of courses, and this year, it will take place at Aronimink Golf Club just outside Philadelphia. This is the first time Aronimink has hosted the PGA Championship since 1962. The 2018 BMW Championship was the PGA TOUR's last stop at Aronimink as part of the FedExCup Playoffs almost eight years ago. The course has a great reputation as a fair and difficult test that will demand golfers display a well-rounded skillset and multiple styles and strategies. It's a par-70 layout that emphasizes accuracy over distance and requires strong approach play.

The RotoBaller team has you covered with details on the course, the field, the history of the event, and much more throughout the week, so be sure to check out all the coverage available at the PGA hub on RotoBaller. In this post, I'll break down six of my top DFS fantasy golf plays coming into the week.

Big Dogs: Top-Tier PGA DFS Lineup Picks

Cameron Young ($10.2K)

Young shed his "best golfer without a win on the PGA TOUR" title with a breakthrough win last summer at the Wyndham Championship. He has been on an impressive heater since then, finishing in the top 12 five times in five worldwide events after that win in 2025.

After an extended break and ramping back up in a few events, he returned to the top of the leaderboards with four straight top-10 finishes at The Genesis Invitational, the Arnold Palmer Invitational, THE PLAYERS Championship, and the Masters. He won THE PLAYERS at TPC Sawgrass during that stretch and added another win at the Cadillac Championship two tournaments ago in Miami.

Young looked poised to contend last week at Quail Hollow as well, but he faded on Sunday after a tough four-putt on the second hole. He still finished in the top 10, but his slower finish could keep his ownership more manageable for DFS contests this week.

Young has collected three wins and 13 top-10 finishes in the year since the last PGA Championship, including top-5 finishes at two of the three majors since then. Over the last three months, he leads this elite field in Total Strokes Gained and is second in Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green.

He has made the cut in three of his four PGA Championship appearances, with a T3 in 2022 as his best finish.

Young has definitely proven he can win in strong fields on tough courses when he's at his best. He beat strong fields like this at TPC Sawgrass and The Blue Monster Course earlier this year. He has been so consistently near the top of the leaderboard that he brings both a high floor and a high ceiling as my top pay-up play at the PGA this week.

Ludvig Aberg ($9.8K)

Aberg is another player who has lived near the top of the leaderboards this season. While he fumbled his chance at THE PLAYERS with a few rough holes and opened the door for Young's big win, he has continued to post strong results since then.

He has five top-10 finishes in his last six events, with a T21 at the Masters the only exception. Over the last three months, he ranks sixth in the field in both Total Strokes Gained and Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green, and he also ranks fifth in Strokes Gained: Approach during that span.

Aberg and Young are both excellent shotmakers looking for their first major championship. While Aberg has five top-25 finishes in his nine majors overall, he has not yet made the weekend at a PGA Championship.

With his excellent recent form, though, I expect that to change this year, and the 26-year-old from Sweden remains one of the best young players on the PGA TOUR. His versatile, well-rounded game should play well at Aronimink, especially since he excels on difficult Par-3 and Par-4 setups, which are the main kind of hole he'll be facing this week.

Underdogs: Mid-Range PGA DFS Lineup Picks

Patrick Cantlay ($8.9K)

Cantlay hasn't won on the PGA TOUR since the 2022 BMW Championship, and he's another, but he has been showing excellent form lately as he rolls into Aronimink. Cantlay missed the cut at last year's PGA Championship in Quail Hollow, but he made the cut in six of the seven previous years, highlighted by a T3 in 2019 and a T9 in 2023.

Cantlay has six top-15 finishes in his 10 events this season, including four straight coming into this event. He was T12 at the Masters, T8 at the RBC Heritage, and T10 last week at the Truist Championship.

Over his last 20 rounds, Cantlay ranks 10th in Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green and fourth in Strokes Gained: Around-the-Green. His touch around the greens and par-3 scoring should play well at this course. He has proven he can grind out wins in difficult fields like this, and he's proven he has the nerves needed to win on big stages.

Even though it has been a while since he claimed a victory on the PGA TOUR, he's a solid option under $9K this week and comes in with enough pedigree to be a strong mid-range option for DFS lineups.

J.J. Spaun ($7.7K)

Spaun is the first player in my picks for this week who already has a major championship. He claimed the U.S. Open title last year at Oakmont Country Club near Pittsburgh. He'll look to add another big win in the Keystone State at Aronimink this week.

Spaun comes in with good form and has already won this season on the PGA TOUR. He claimed the Valero Texas Open at the beginning of April and added three straight top-25 finishes since then, after missing the cut at the Masters.

Spaun was T14 and T5 in the two Signature Events the last two weeks, and he finished last week's Truist Championship with a 65-69 on the weekend to finish T5. He ranks seventh in the field in Strokes Gained: Approach over the last three months and 15th in Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green. He has been excellent on approach, gaining at least 0.5 strokes per round in each of his last eight straight events. If his putter gets rolling again this week, he could definitely be in the mix again.

Spaun is a nice bargain under $8K, and he brings a high ceiling with his experience in high-pressure majors lately and his great form on approach.

Junkyard Dogs: Top PGA DFS Value Picks

Kurt Kitayama ($7.3K)

Kitayama is another player with some strong approach form and encouraging recent results. Over the last three months, he ranks in the top 10 in the field in Strokes Gained: Approach, and he gained over 1.1 strokes per round on approach in each of his last two tournaments. He has also been very strong off the tee in the last few events, with only his play around the green and on the green holding him back.

In the last month, he started fast but faded at the Masters, ending up 51st. He bounced back with a T8 at the RBC Heritage, a T9 at the Cadillac Championship, and a T19 at the Truist Championship. Those three top-20 finishes were all in very strong fields and show that with a few bounces going his way or his putter heating up, he has the ceiling to contend this week.

He has made the cut in four of his six PGA Championships and posted a T4 in 2023 at Oak Hill Country Club for his best career finish at a major.

Kitayama is a solid, established play at just over $7K and can bring great value with a high finish like he has posted the last three weeks. While he isn't the flashiest play from this price range, he's the kind of steady contributor that can bring great production in his roster slot while also freeing up more salary to stock up on stars in other spots.

Alex Fitzpatrick ($5.9K)

While he isn't going to sneak up on anyone anymore and will likely be a very popular fantasy play this week, Fitzpatrick's recent results make him an outstanding value under $6K. The inclusion of players with salaries in the $5,000s allows for some fun stars and scrubs builds and more variance, but a few options under $6K come in with very nice momentum as well.

I've had Fitzpatrick in my picks on RotoBaller in each of the last two weeks, but I'm coming back to the 27-year-old again this week since he's on such a heater and has all the shots needed to contend at Aronimink.

Last week, Fitzpatrick was in the lead coming into Sunday, but stumbled early with a few rough holes. He bounced back nicely and climbed back to the lead with the putt below, but ultimately came up just short and finished in fourth place.

After winning the Zurich Classic three weeks ago with his older brother, Matt Fitzpatrick, Alex has finished T9 at the Cadillac Championship and fourth at the Truist Championship. He has been excellent off the tee and on approach, which should fit well at Aronimink, where tee-to-green creativity and accuracy will be required. Alex Fitzpatrick ranks third in the field in Strokes Gained: Approach over the last three months and seventh in Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green.

I'm confident coming back to Fitzpatrick again this week since he has been so consistent over the past several months and seems to be much more than just a flash in the pan. Even before his big win at the Zurich Classic, he was posting good finishes on the DP World Tour. Since October of 2025, Fitzpatrick has piled up 13 top-25 finishes worldwide, including a T6 at the Joburg Open in early March, before getting a big win at the Hero Indian Open at the end of the month in his final DP World Tour event before heading to New Orleans for what turned out to be his PGA TOUR breakthrough.

Fitzpatrick hasn't had any course history at the two events in the last two weeks but has still played very well, and he'll be lined up to debut at another tough venue this week. He has only played one major in his career, but his T17 at The Open Championship in 2023 does give him a little success in this kind of event.

Even though he will be chalky, I love the upside and the value he brings at this salary.
