Cleveland Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman turned in a slow outing in Week 12 despite a plus matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders, catching just one of his three targets for five yards. Tillman will look to bounce back at home against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 13. The 49ers have been generous to wide receivers this season, allowing the ninth-most fantasy points per game to the position thus far. That being said, Tillman was unable to take advantage of an even better matchup against the Raiders last week, so this week's plus matchup doesn't necessarily make him a must-start. Tillman settles in as a boom/bust WR5 who is safe to leave on fantasy benches this weekend.--Matt Terelle
