Colston Loveland Expected to Have a Chance to Play in Week 4
Colston Loveland's hip injury is not believed to be serious, and he's expected to have a chance to play in Week 4 against the Las Vegas Raiders, a source tells Adam Schefter of ESPN. Loveland had his best game of the year in the 31-14 blowout win over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday before injuring his hip, catching one of his three targets for a 31-yard gain. In the first two games of his rookie campaign, the 21-year-old had only two grabs on three targets for 12 yards. He has plenty of downfield playmaking ability, but so far, Chicago hasn't gotten him involved. Loveland will have a shot to play in Week 4 if he's able to practice, but he'll strictly be a TE2 with upside for fantasy managers if he's able to play. If Loveland cannot play against Vegas, Cole Kmet would be a TE streaming option. Kmet scored his first touchdown of the year on his only catch on Sunday.
