Jaxson Dart Has Plenty Of Developing To Do
Jaxson Dart to be their starting QB and the face of their franchise, but they won't put any pressure on him to be their QB1 before they feel he is ready for the job. Until then, the coaching staff will try to do everything they can to help the 21-year-old signal-caller become the best QB he can be. "He's got the makings of a good quarterback, and there's a long way to go. There's a developmental process that he's going to have to go through. Again, these offenses are not easy to learn, and the execution has to be at a high level," general manager Joe Schoen said. When rookie minicamp starts this Friday, Dart will merely be looking to get comfortable with the offensive scheme. Russell Wilson is going to start the year under center in New York, and depending on how the season goes, Dart could sit and learn all year.
