Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes completed 25 of 37 pass attempts for 270 yards, four touchdowns, and zero sacks during Sunday's Week 4 win over the Baltimore Ravens. He also took one sack and rushed for five yards. This was one of Mahomes' best outings in a long time, as well as the first time he threw for four touchdowns since 2023. The star quarterback has now scored at least 24 fantasy points in three of four games this season, ranking as the overall QB3 so far. He should be viewed as a top-five fantasy quarterback option heading into next week's matchup against a Jaguars defense that is playing surprisingly well.--Andersen Pickard
