Fantasy Football Injury Reports: Week 13 Updates For Trevor Lawrence, DK Metcalf, Breece Hall, Brock Purdy

Trevor Lawrence - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

Fantasy football injury updates and injury reports for QB, RB, WR, TE for Week 13 (2024), as of 11/30, including DK Metcalf, Brock Purdy, Trevor Lawrence, DeVonta Smith and more.

With four games already in the books this week, fantasy managers will turn to the remainder of matchups, hoping to either turn the tide or complete a win as the fantasy playoffs approach.

Six more teams are on a bye in Week 14, so this week's slate could be critical for making lineup decisions with key players, including DK Metcalf, Trevor Lawrence, Breece Hall, and Brock Purdy.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Brock Purdy Injury Update

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy (shoulder) is officially listed as questionable to play the Buffalo Bills in Week 13.

Last week, Brandon Allen drew the start in what became a blowout loss at Green Bay. Allen wore a scout team jersey during Friday's practice, while Purdy was seen throwing passes.

Trevor Lawrence Injury Updates

According to head coach Doug Pederson, Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) is listed as questionable but intends to return in Week 13 against the Houston Texans.

Lawrence hasn't played since Week 9. His return would be great news for receiver Brian Thomas Jr., who managed seven catches for 94 yards in two games with Mac Jones at quarterback.

Breece Hall Injury Update

The New York Jets listed running back Breece Hall (knee) as questionable to play against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 13.

At 3-8, the Jets are mathematically alive but realistically out of playoff contention, so it will be interesting to see how cautious they are with the star running back. Rookie Braelon Allen figures to be the Jets' top back if Hall doesn't play.

DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett Injury Updates

Seattle Seahawks wide receivers DK Metcalf (shoulder) and Tyler Lockett (knee) both came off the team's injury report before playing the New York Jets.

The longtime Seattle receivers have combined for 84 catches, 1,192 yards, and five touchdowns this season.

Josh Downs Injury Update

The Indianapolis Colts downgraded wide receiver Josh Downs (shoulder) to out for their game against the New England Patriots.

Downs leads the team in targets (78) and catches (53), and ranks second in yards (594). Receivers Alec Pierce and Michael Pittman Jr. figure to be the top options for quarterback Anthony Richardson.

DeVonta Smith Injury Update

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) will take a questionable designation into the Eagles' Week 13 game against the Baltimore Ravens.

The former Heisman Trophy winner also missed last week's game, but running back Saquon Barkley ran so well that Philly only attempted 22 passes. If Smith can't play, tight end Dallas Goedert is likely the best bet to see extra targets.

DeMario Douglas Injury Update

New England Patriots wide receiver DeMario Douglas (ankle) is questionable to take on the Indianapolis Colts in Week 13, according to the team's official injury report.

Douglas has been one of the few bright spots of the Pats offense, leading wide receivers in targets, catches, and receiving yards through 12 weeks. If he can't play, the target benefactors are likely tight ends Hunter Henry and Austin Hooper, who are first and third on the team, respectively, in catches.

Austin Ekeler Injury Update

Washington Commanders running back Austin Ekeler (concussion) will not play in Week 13 against the Tennessee Titans.

The Commanders ruled out the veteran back, who was not able to clear concussion protocol in time to play. Washington's backfield should be paced by Brian Robinson Jr., with Jeremy McNichols in relief.

Drake London and Darnell Mooney Injury Updates

Atlanta Falcons wide receivers Drake London (hip) and Darnell Mooney (Achilles) do not have injury designations and are expected to play against the Los Angeles Chargers, according to Atlanta's injury report.

Mooney did not practice Friday for what the team said was rest. Both players have been excellent fantasy assets with Kirk Cousins at quarterback, ranking in the top 20 PPR receivers.

Jalen Coker and Ja'Tavion Sanders Injury Updates

The Carolina Panthers' final Week 13 injury report ruled out both wide receiver Jalen Coker (quad) and tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders (neck) against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Quarterback Bryce Young will be without two of his weapons, but the Panthers did see running back Jonathon Brooks play for the first time last week. Carolina is looking for its third win in four games.

Keon Coleman Injury Update

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman (wrist) is listed as questionable to play in Week 13 against San Francisco, according to Buffalo's final injury report of the week.

The rookie from Florida State has missed both of the past two games, though fellow receiver Amari Cooper (wrist) does not appear on the injury report.

Dalton Kincaid Injury Update

Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid (knee) will miss Sunday Night Football against the 49ers, according to Bills head coach Sean McDermott.

The second-year tight end also missed the Week 11 win against Kansas City and still isn't quite ready after last week's bye. When Kincaid and Coleman were out last game, the biggest uptick in targets went to Khalil Shakir (12) and Curtis Samuel (six).
