The Washington Commanders and Seattle Seahawks are the only two NFL teams with current head-coaching openings, and sources say that former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick isn't in play with either team. The only team that Belichick interviewed with was the Atlanta Falcons, and they have since hired Raheem Morris. It all means that Belichick may sit out the 2024 season entirely as he looks for his next head-coaching gig in the NFL. The future Hall of Fame coach could turn to a job in television for 2024 before potentially becoming the most coveted head-coaching candidate next offseason. Another possibility would be a front-office consulting job with a team. Belichick's preference to stay away from a big media market may have severely limited his coaching options after he and the Patriots parted ways following 24 seasons together.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
