New Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh will bring defensive coordinator Jesse Minter with him to the NFL from Michigan to serve as the team's next defensive coordinator. It's also expected that Harbaugh's former offensive coordinator from his days as the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers, Greg Roman, will join him to run the Chargers' offense in 2024. Harbaugh's son, Jay, should also be a part of his new staff in his return to the NFL. Minter was with the Baltimore Ravens for four years before joining the college ranks at Vanderbilt. He will be replacing Kellen Moore, who departed the Bolts to serve as the Philadelphia Eagles' offensive coordinator. The Chargers have talent on the defensive side of the ball, but injuries have worked against them in recent seasons.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
