Week 4 Fantasy Football FLEX Rankings Outlooks

Marvin Harrison Jr., Arizona Cardinals

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. has turned in back-to-back disappointing performances that included some big drops, which could have led to points. It appears that the reports about the improved chemistry between Harrison and Kyler Murray have been largely unfounded so far. He currently has a drop percentage of 11.8% compared to 4.3% in his rookie season, but Murray's passer rating is 105.5 when targeting Harrison compared to 87.0 last year.

Week 4's matchup with the Seattle Seahawks doesn't provide any easier ways to put up fantasy points, though. Josh Jobe is likely to line up across from Harrison, and he's only allowed a catch rate of 45% with just 3.3 yards per target allowed as well. Harrison has a WR2 ceiling, but realistically hovers around the high-end WR3 area until he proves to be more consistent.

Tory Horton, Seattle Seahawks

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tory Horton should absolutely be on your bench in Week 4. Horton is emerging as a very important player in Seattle's offense. His snap percentage hovered around 50% in Week 3, and he earned four targets and scored his second receiving touchdown of the season. Horton is flashing great talent that the Seahawks may not be able to keep off the field. Seattle will visit Arizona in Week 4. Arizona has allowed the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers in 2025.

If this turns out to be a competitive game, Horton will be necessary for Seattle's success. He is difficult to trust as a starting option in fantasy at this time, but it is advisable to get ahead of the curve and ensure that Horton is on your bench in case a true breakout is unfolding. With Arizona struggling against wide receivers, Horton could have a big game in Week 4.

Cooper Kupp, Seattle Seahawks

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Cooper Kupp is a flex play at best in Week 4. Kupp has been difficult to project in 2025. He delivered a WR2 outing in Week 2, but has otherwise been unplayable. For context, the Seahawks' offense struggled as a whole in Week 1, found its footing in Week 2, and the defense and special teams dominated in Week 3 so much that the offense was hardly needed. If Week 4 proves to be a more competitive game in Arizona, there will be room for Kupp to provide fantasy value.

The good news is that Kupp does not seem to have lost his talent. He is still very adept at getting open, and he is a great safety valve for quarterback Sam Darnold. However, with wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba entrenched as the clear No. 1 and rookie wideout Tory Horton blossoming, it may be prudent to only start Kupp in games where he will likely be essential to Seattle's success. You likely did not draft Kupp to be a starter anyway, so a wait-and-see approach is advised in Week 4.
